I’m just trying figure out why they credit card reader always down , and is cash only . They have towed my vechike 5 different times from my apartment & only one time card machine was working & it’s always a different price when I get it back not even 5 hours later
They damaged my vehicle after towing it saying I didn't have a parking pass with it on the front windshield. I can't drive the vehicle,yet no one will return my email from the damage claim and they get nasty every time I call as if I did something to them! All I wanted was for them being responsible for their faults
Illegally towed my car and then charged me for it. My car had all the proper decals displayed parked right in front of my house. ID# 19449 should be fired! I have video evidence from my home camera of him not checking my car for decals and still towing it!!
They don’t have an office, only a tow yard so to get a vehicle out (even if it’s stolen) you have to sit around and wait for a truck driver to come. I hate a business that is ok with waisting your time or conducts business like
their time is more valuable than yours.
The first woman I spoke do was awful. Very bleak and unhealthful! The Second Lady was far more helpful and warm, much better to deal with.
Hopefully this helps someone who is discombobulated from having their car missing and is trying to find it.
This is the towing place for Lake Village Apartments. They pick and choose who they tow, there are far worse cars laying around this community that have never been towed in the 3 years I’ve been here. They give you the runaround about the driver coming to allow you in the complex for hours until they get annoyed. Despite their being virtually no lighting in an unsafe area (which is illegal by the way).
They’ll add extra days to your tow despite having been there less time in order to collect at least $250. They even petitioned the state saying that towing is “expensive” and they should be able to charge minimum $250. Where I used to come from, a tow was $80. How in the world they think it costs $250 to load up a car to a truck bed costs their business this much money should be audited by the state. But seeing as the State is in bed with these companies because they want to look like their “pro business” and “creating jobs” they let them do whatever they want without citizen input.
Towing is predatory and you all should be ashamed of yourselves for taking advantage of the poor. You don’t see well off people getting towed, because they are vampires only feeding and putting down the same class of individuals that they are themselves.
