Expert help;. Our battery died in front of my doctor's office. Young Man came to bring us a battery from 10-15 miles away. Very professional! Have dellt with NAPA closer home but this was more than an hour away. Recommend Highly.

Edit: Docked a star since they sold me the wrong oil filter for my car. If AutoZone wasn't open until 10:00 pm I would've had to pull the old nasty filter out of the dirty oil and put it back on the car until I could get the correct filter.
Always helpful staff who are not rushing to get you out the door. Sometimes gets busy but you always receive quality assistance from friendly staff. Even if your project is an odd one
Has the parts I need when I need them. All the people are very knowledgeable and know how to treat the customer whether their buying a little part or a lot of parts. I buy all my parts here.
Napa has all your favorites, if it isn't in the store they will get it there quicker than you can say "omfg Barb is so hot, I'm gonna come here all the time and buy things I don't really need"
