Was suggested to go to this location since my local AutoZone did not have what I needed in stock. I was looking for a new battery. It was a quick 9 minute drive. The store was easy to locate. They had our item in stock. Staff was very helpful and professional. They helped bring the battery to the car with a cart. Would definitely shop here again. Thanks AutoZone!
Always usually have a good experience when I go here. The young lady that works at the counter most of the time, is very helpful and informative. I was quite surprised about how much she knew concerning an issue I was having with a bulb for my car earlier today.
I hecking love this store. They remember their daily customers. Always helping me with my broken toys, haha. All the employees are friendly and ready to help.

Normally don't post on Google but this was worth it. On Super Bowl Sunday I went to the Auto Zone on George Wash Hwy as I had an issue with my battery and severely corroded terminal which could have been very costly. The young woman that assisted me, I believe she was the manager or the assistant manager me was very knowledgeable and professional. Moreover she stayed with me until my problem was fixed and provided great customer service! Good customer service is a dying art but I'm glad someone still does it!!
Mr Anthony Blair he was the salesperson that assisted me while I purchased new batteries for the key to my wife's 2016 Ford Edge and he assisted me on picking out a gas treatment for the car also and in the past he has assisted me and making a lot of decisions on my other five vehicles while I come in as a regular customer and she's the manager she is outstanding too with her crew so thank them give them a pat on the back send them to heaven they're great people thank you and have a blessed day goodbye.

I need auto parts for my vehicle ,(update March 20th 2022) I was having trouble with my power windows on the car going up and down and getting stuck, so I asked this employee told him the situation he immediately knew what to get sold me a product said this will work, and I asked him if he'd help me came out sprayed both tracks on the window and the windows go up and down just like brand new his name was Gage and very helpful and professional!
I came in 40 minutes before it was time for them to close and still received excellent customer service! William C went above and beyond to help me. I couldn't thank him and HIM enough for the help!!
Wonderful staff. I had to leave my vehicle due to being broke down. Rain was coming and when it arrived on the tow truck I had seen that they had covered all of the windows with a tarp to protect the inside. That was very caring and highly appreciated
Nothing negative to say about these guys. As far as what's in stock or pricing, there's not a lot of difference in auto parts stores. What does make the difference is the staff, and these guys (and gals) are the best. Always friendly and ready to help with advice, or to run out to your car to check what code it's showing, or even to test your battery and alternator. Never had a bad experience at this store. Even if it's not the closest parts store to your house, it's worth going out of your way. If you need something for your vehicle this is the place to go!
I have always had great service at this store. I went in 1-20-2021 and was helped by Darius. I feel he went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. Today my daughter needed a battery for the car and again this gentelman helped her with the task of replacing the it. Good accurate cutomer service is hard to find these days. Darius and the other good folks at this store are what make a good experience happen. Thanks again.
My car kept haze take to start for so many months and I though it was the starter. AutoZone employée told me that battery is 6 years old and the car cut off and it wouldn't start. It it was the battery. He put the battery in the car and the car start right up. The employee was very polite and professional and he knows his job. I take my car to AutoZone because I get excellent service. That's why I gave it five stars. My car drive good and thanks.
I normally visit this auto zone because of the convenience but today I will visit someone else. I called to ask for a part and he had me on hold forever. I’m hearing his conversations with others and people laughing as well as the person that answered the phone. Not once did he tell me anything on the lines of hold please. Basically had me on hold for over ten mins without saying anything. I am a manager where I work and this behavior would be unacceptable.
I went to autozone today to buy a new battery with my 6 month old along for the ride. Donovan didn't hesitate to volunteer to lend a hand to help get my car Set up. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and a professional at small talk! He was quick and gave me a few other things to keep an eye out for. The entire store was friendly and made the situation easy

The workers at this establishment are very helpful and nice. A worker named Lee assisted me when i wasn’t sure what type of bulb i would need for my headlight. Lee also installed the bulb for me fast and efficiently.
We came at 8:50 on a Sunday and our car wasn’t starting. Tanisha and young man made sure we walked out of there with the best assistance and our car running properly. I recommend coming to this location for any battery needs. They are amazing.
Lee did a great job. I needed a new battery and wanted to make sure there were no problems with my alternator. Lee swapped out the battery and tested my alternator. To my relief, there were no problems with the alternator. I was in and out. Great experience!
Truck needed a jump to start. Drove to AutoZone 2018 on George Washington Highway. Excellent customer service. Lee cleaned off the terminal corrosion and tested battery. Unfortunately had a dead cell. Lee installed new battery. All during process had great conversation about his and my US Navy experience. Definitely recommend this store and Lee as salesperson.
Went to this store this morning and Isaiah and Tasia helped me and had EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I took the alternator back this evening and Donovan and Lee helped me and again had EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The experience I had with all of them today will definitely have me coming back to this store. Please recognize these 4 employees for their outstanding customer service!
I went to this store to purchase a headlight for my new truck. I worked with Donte. He quickly You Tubed instructions to install the light. The light had to be installed through the wheel well. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty.
2 ladies behind the counter was absolutely no help. They wouldn't get a few different seals from behind the counter to see if I could make it work for my application . Zero attempt to help. Just reassures me why I shop at advanced auto and orileys.
Quick, friendly, and awesome service. Sean even put the wipers on and replaced the blown taillight bulb to save me the trouble! Made my day to be treated so well!
I walk in to do my Shopkick scans, and literally before I could even get both feet in the building, the younger guy working shouts, "THE SYSTEM IS DOWN WE CAN'T LOOK ANYTHING UP OR HELP YOU!" I was seriously taken back at how rude he was.
