They help me with my battery .Ran test on battery which I had bought there 6 years ago .Found it bad .Lasted longer than any battery I have ever bought. I purchased a new one .They took old one out and installed new one .

Everyone is friendly and helpful. NO more tap to pay. Can't redeem Speed Perks points any more unless you are using their app, I don't need one more app tracking me. I have enough of those already.
The two women on staff while I was there were pleasant and reasurring towards me and others. They offered suggestions on how I could save funds on selected items.

Very friendly and a few are very knowledgeable. But you can save over 50% using Ebay or Amazon on select parts...it saved me a lot if you can wait a few days.....love Speed Perks usually get $5 savings each month. The crew is always willing to check your engine light or battery problems. A1 IN MY BOOK!
Really cannot complain. Been looking for Rotella T6 5W40 for a couple weeks. Somehow they had a couple 2.5 Gallon jugs available. Cashier was pleasant and interactive. I tend to go to Advanced Auto over their competitors because their spaces feel better kept.
Great price on brakes and the salesman gave me price options instead of just giving me the most expensive option. I love a helpful and courteous staff and was greeted plus helped as soon as I walked in. I'll be back!
Only went in for a few moments, however they helped us out and we're very kind. One woman didn't have a mask but once there were more customers she put one on. Very knowledgeable and helpful though :)
2020-09-03 Thanks to Rain the salesperson who knew at a glance exactly how to replace a rear wiper in my car! Spent a half hour reviewing my owners manual and looking at it in my driveway until I gave up. Rain smiled and said she'd help and 60 seconds later it was installed! 2019 I reviewed as "Right part, right time, right location."

Excellent customer service. 12/26/2019 visit. Gave me computer code from check engine light, tested battery, helped me figure out compatible coolant/antifreeze, installed battery. Very friendly staff.
Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Military discount also offered. Parking lot can be difficult to get out of to road during rush hour times.
Pretty good experience. Had local advice from a staff member to find a couple of stores unrelated to car parts. I felt like he went out of his way to help me and it was appreciated.
Better quality parts then Auto Zone. Auto Zone has more parts though. Coupons are getting selective. Really haven't had a problem here and it's your typical auto parts store. I go to AA mostly for the coupons and the better quality parts. Personnel have always been friendly.
These guys were very helpful! Went in with an issue starting my riding lawn mower, wasn't even a car. They charged my battery, advised me on troubleshooting the charging system, and were very friendly about it all.
Bought 2 sets of wipers today and had to bring one set back because I purchased the wrong Rain X wipers for my Chevy. Not only did Rain and Bernard help me with my return of the wrong wipers and the purchase of new ones, Rain (without asking) proceeded to install the wipers for me as well. Great experience with Rain, I think that was her name. But there is an employee that I avoid, his name is Buddy. Talked to the manager about him and she said he had been there 18 years. So basically she was going to do nothing about his rudeness. So if he is in there, I turn around and leave. But the other employees that I encounter are fantastic.
