Now this may not be udrives fault but I'm still pissed. Bought a Subaru WRX from them for a cool 12000. I'm sitting in front of the Subaru dealership, 3000 dollar fix. Needless to say udrive might not have known this was going to happen, maybe they did know the car already had problems. I couldn't test drive it, unless I deposited the entire amount of the car. Which was odd to me. But a detailer took me for a ride. Had the car 2 weeks and it shit the bed. So I am mad at udrive. But at least it's at the dealership and I'll have a brand new old car. It's a WRX of course I fixed her

After Allstate denied me after I lost my car , Jason recommended another insurance place and they got me approved. This was My last stop because I had been turned down 3 times prior to this week. I'm starting my second job this Sunday and giving my dad (hard worker since he was 15, hes 69, a break.) My experience as far as customer service was wonderful, very kind staff. But my main focus was to get a reliable car. i ended up finding a car that was the same model as the car prior to the one i purchased from courtesy so im pretty familiar with it. i wish my car was serviced a bit better before finalizing purchase, my dash had lights on it within the first month which were things that are not covered by warranty. all the responsibility is on me now of course when it could’ve been maintenances beforehand. such as oxygen sensors, brakes, plus more, i haven’t had the car long enough to wear anything down myself.

I had a wonderful experience here. John was incredibly helpful and transparent. He took the time to let us go over the vehicle and engine as much as we wanted and showed us all the financial numbers they were considering for their price decisions. After my visit, John sent a thank-you text and sent me an email with very detailed and helpful specifications on the vehicle I was considering. After looking at several other vehicles in the area, I came back and purchased from them. And more than being helpful, John and everyone else there were just genuinely pleasant people to interact with. John had great stories and there were plenty of smiles around the office. Cannot recommend enough for both the experience and the people.
After being denied everywhere I went because many factors, John was able to get me into a vehicle for me and my 6 month old. I had lost all hope and they worked with me. Sales and Finance Team:
Mr. John Curtice (highly respected salesman), treated me with respect and kindness the moment we met. He is very personable and cared a lot about finding the perfect vehicle for me and my family (mother with two children and one on the way). Initially I was nervous as this was not only my first vehicle purchase but also the biggest purchase I would have ever made at the time, so each decision was made carefully and with some hesitation, which Mr. Curtice understood. With that being said, he took his time with me, listened to me, and made every part of the process very comfortable. Not everything we discussed was about the vehicle but also about family values and future goals, which I greatly appreciated.
Mr. Chuck (the finance guy) was equally kind to me and was very knowledgeable about each process (finance, approval, warranties, insurance, etc.), which aided in my comfort. Like Mr. Curtice, Chuck understood my concerns and the high level of importance this purchase would be to me and at no point pushed me towards anything I was not comfortable with. Car-buying can be stressful for anymore, and I appreciate the high level of patience and respect I received from these gentlemen.
Vehicle Selection:
The SUV I wanted as seen on their website stuck out to me immediately due to its price, make, and model. I was able to give it a test drive, and instantly fell in love with it. However, due to its age and mileage, my bank was not on-board with approving me for it, which I understood after Chuck explained how banks make their decisions when it comes to used vehicles. He and Mr. Curtice presented me with another SUV that was not only more spacious but also newer, lesser mileage, and still within my budget. This would be the one I would purchase soon after! I was able to go for another test drive, ask questions about its features and maintenance requirements, and allow myself time to be sure I was comfortable with my deduction without haste.
Paperwork and Payment Processes:
Every sheet I signed was explained in detail for understanding and clarity and was copied for my personal records. For my down payment, I used a debit card without any extra card charges attached to it. Warranty questions, any future vehicle troubles, oil changes, etc. were also discussed during this time, so I would know how to go about any and all situations should they arise. I appreciate Chuck for making the actual purchase portion stress-free.
Overall Experience:
I highly recommend Courtesy Auto Sales to those looking for a used vehicle. Any concerns I had were met with reassurance and empathy, and there was never a moment when I was pressured into something I did not agree with. Everyone catered to my specific needs, answered all of my questions with confidence and honesty, and proved their credibility as they showed me itemized costs, carfax information, finance rates, and insurance quotes for the vehicle I selected, so I was able to fully understand what I was signing up for. Also, special shout-out to Ms. Hilary Robinson who’s super sweet and energetic in-person and over-the-phone and Derrick who detailed my SUV to the highest standard!

This dealer was amazing. We came in the night before purchasing the vehicle when they were about to close. They took time out to allow us to look at the car and play with the bells and whistles. Mr. Curtice was very personable and has a wealth of knowledge. We enjoyed the conversation and the hospitality that was shown. We made a verbal appointment for the next day. Never once did I feel pressured about buying.
The next day nothing changed still felt welcome and felt as if my business was welcomed and appreciated. That’s a real big thing now days. They took care of us and we appreciate the whole interaction from day one to the signing of the paperwork.

What a pleasant experience! It is a team effort to assist and take care of the customer throughout the purchase process. It starts with John Curtice. John is a people person who talks with you with such ease, you feel like you've known him a long time. I was looking for a truck to fill my needs and John was all over it. His knowledge of the inventory and general knowledge of vehicles was very helpful.
Talking about a team effort; when John was temporarily unavailable, Hilary stepped in and answered my questions and contacted me as she said she would. The service guy (Derrick) who detailed the truck treated it like it was his own vehicle. Such pride in his work is beyond admirable, it is another tool to complete the experience. Then there was Chuck (Butler) to handle the finance portion and walk this old guy through everything that needed to happen.
This all worked together to make a sometimes painful process downright painless. I highly recommend this team if you're looking for THE vehicle.

I had a fantastic car buying experience with this place. I just recently bought a 2019 Kia Sorento EX, and John Curtice made sure the process was as streamlined and simple as possible. He was also very pleasant to deal with, very professional and knowledgeable about the features on the car he sold me. I knew exactly what I was getting, and I am very satisfied with my purchase. The car was in great shape and well taken care of by the previous owner. John even gave me a complimentary free ride to the place so that I didn't need to Uber out from my house to pick it up. He clearly explained everything that needed to be done, and the rest is history.
