  Really clean store. Staff was welcoming. Fully stocked. Just like the way I would keep my store back in the day. They actually have people who know parts unlike another place I went to. Big mistake. When I order parts from here for my day job, they are fast. Really fast. Two thumbs up!

  Friendly service providers who are eager to answer your questions. Compare that to the lack of friendly staff at AutoZone across the street, O'Reilly would get 10 stars. When you are asking the O'Reilly staff a question no matter what time of day it is they're always attentive to your needs and will bend over backwards to give you a hand. Awesome experience.   Came for new wiper blades, while it was raining! Benjamin saw my husband out here trying to put the new ones on. He came out and totally helped us out! With a smile on his face! That was incredibly sweet and cool of him! What customer service!! Go BENJAMIN!!!

  It has similar products and prices to everyone else. I come to this store because (my perception is) they hire people who are smarter. They know the products well. They seem to know more about cars. And they have good customer service skills. And the employees seem to be happy and having fun. That tells me a lot about a company.

  Its okay but they really need to work on the customer service of some employees. I had a female employee yell across the store at my autistic child for touching the price labels on the shelf front and as a result we had everyone in the store staring at us for several minutes. That lady still works there and still has a bad attitude. I wouldn't recommend this location.

  Friendly knowledgeable store they got to find store because they saved me $90 on a jaguar fuel filter out of all the other artists stores they were the only ones that offered this aftermarket fuel filter that was $90 cheaper than the rest of them

  The parts availability and knowledgeable commercial counter employees far exceeds most of the other big chain auto parts store. The delivery service for parts is fast and the drivers are always smiling and friendly. Being in the automotive machine shop business, we have dealt with a lot of parts vendors and O'Reillys (store #3976) is the the BEST!

  I'm rating the personnel with five stars due to the fact that they are willing to go the extra mile to get the parts needed for the repairs. They also have a great attitude towards the customers. They have always been very professional towards myself and to others that I have witnessed.
