Lovitt was truly amazing. From the tone of voice over the phone to helping my price my parts, picking my order before I even got there to the warm welcome I got upon walking into the building she was a 10/10. This is the type of person I would love to have working for my company if I owned one and Oreilly should do any and everything in their power to keep this one around! She greeted me by name and even offered a helping hand with the wiper blades while I fooled with the bulbs. Truly a fantastic experience and any of my car parts from now on will be bought specifically through this location because of her. Thanks again for everything!

Stuck at corner of US17 and Granny with flat tire. O’Reilly’s team offered good advice. Ended up calling AAA. Towing and they plugged my punctured tire

Headlight bulb didn't last 3 months. They would not honor the 1 year warranty on the bulb.

I came in for a new battery and they exceeded my expectations. I got a free battery, alternator and starter test which confirmed a bad battery. The technician installed my new battery and provided excellent service. I also got a fair price (less than the other local major brand stores).

If I were able to give negative stars I would give negative 5 stars due to the absolute ignorance of the staff at this store. I went into the store at the corner of Virginia Beach Blvd and Birdneck Road 1/2/23 and ordered front and rear brake pads for my 2010 Volkswagen Passat that I was told would be in 1/3/23 after 9:00. Went in and the woman at the register with glasses that helped me the previous day (acted as though she had never seen me in her life) looked up my parts and said hold on let me grab them. While she was in the back obviously having a hard time finding them I could hear her say “ I may have messed up and not ordered them. Thankfully there was a gentleman working that knew how to do his job and found them. I got my parts and went home to do my breaks. All cars are not the same and I understand that so when I took off my tire and saw that my model car didn’t have a Break Pad Wear Sensor that was on the pads I got I went back to the store to inquire about possible different pads. At that time (2)women in the store got on the computer and told me the “correct” pads I needed had to be ordered or I could go out to the Cedar Rd. location (26 miles away/52 miles round trip) and get them. She called ahead to ensure the “correct” pads were indeed there. I opted to go get them. Upon arrival at the Cedar Road location the lady at the counter let me know that the pads the woman at the oceanfront store called and reserved for me were in fact not front pads, they were the exact REAR pads I already had. Roughly 3 minutes later she informed me that the front pads I was initially sold were in fact the correct ones. She showed me in her system where IT SAID all you have to do is snip the sensor off and they are good to go. I thanked her for simply doing her job. I drove 26 miles back to the other location to notify the Assistant manager of the major inconvenience that I had received due to his employees. At that time he acted as though he could care less. The woman who was part of the fiasco was still there and kept telling me that the parts she looked up were not the wrong ones. I gave her the piece of paper that she previously gave me with the part number she sent me to Chesapeake for - silence. I will never go to o’Reilly’s ever again and especially this location. The lack of knowledge the 2 women displayed was inexcusable and the lack of concern that the assistant manager showed should have him demoted or fired. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION unless you’re looking to waste your whole day.

Very knowledgeable when helping diagnose the problem with my vehicle. Also went out of their way to help & actually showed genuine concern about fixing the problem unlike other auto parts stores in this area that seemed as if they had no concern to take any time to even try to explain it to a woman. Although it's not their job to educate someone on how the car works it was greatly appreciated that they did take the time to do so!

Always easy to find what I need and the store is clean and organized. I would have given a 5 star but they recently lost a few of their critical employees who actually have experience. Some of the folks there now don't know what a Flux capacitor is....

I had went to another facility who advised I would need to replace my headlight but I can try to fix it myself. So I tried O'Reilly. I was greeted by Wayne who kindly came out to my vehicle to see if it was something they could handle. Not only did the headlight NOT need to be replaced, but he worked the headlight back on, and at no charge. Quality and honesty.

In a potential worst-case scenario, with my entire family in the car, my battery died, stranding us all hours between home and our destination. As luck would have it, I happened upon the good people at a nearby O’Reilly. Not only was the entire team welcoming and non-judgmental about my situation, a very helpful employee named Spencer rolled out the red carpet. Even though there were some things he was not authorized to do, he patiently and expertly walked me through the work I needed to do myself to allow him to do the part I needed him to do. Thanks to these great folks, we were spared any additional drama, and my family and I arrived safely and confidently to our vacation a short and uneventful time later. I can’t say enough how this interaction has given me back some faith in humanity, and especially after the last 18 months. Thank you Spencer and the rest of the crew. I've heard the commercials for years on the radio, then they converted the old Blockbuster building to a O'Reilly Auto Parts. Closest parts to me, and they have a military discount. If they don't have it, they get it for you. I use their website to comparison shop, and pretty much they have the best price. Great staff here, doesn't hurt either.

Wish they had 0 stars. O'Reilly's hires people who do not know how to work on cars/trucks. They messed up three times giving me the wrong parts to my car. Never go there again.

Called and ask for a specific item, waited on hold so they could verify in stock. They said it was. Used lunchbreak to go pick up. When I got there they did not have the item(applicator pad for a buffer) and they did not even know what it was and tried to show me buff pads. Very poor service and waste of my time and gas. Oh yeah, they were several miles away.

Very knowledgeable, professional, and a very clean and organized store. I feel like some of their prices may be a few dollars more than their competitors, but the quantity of the service and of their products makes it well worth it.
