Difficult to find, easy to work with! These gentlemen know their business and are helpful with answers to questions, in my case, about a battery maintainer for a diesel truck. When (it's always when with equipment batteries, alternators and starters!) I need their help, I will be back.
I called for a car battery From pasco's battery warehouse and they had my kind of battery i need for a reasonable prices, they beat Walmart prices and i say they so kind and sweet, yes they are.. They have reasonable prices on batteries and good warranty. Im coming back to get whatever i need from them if they have it in stock.. Y'all should come to them for car batteries.. Thank you Guys
Best service of any place I've ever been. Customer service is 100%. Every time I've ever been in there the guy will stop what he's doing to take a look at what you have and see what he can do for you. I'll never go anywhere else for alternator starter or battery the rest of my life. Highly recommended

Purchase a battery Oct 2020, dead cell April 2023 only lasted 2.5 years and was out of warranty, my original new car battery lasted 7 years. Little disappointed that a supposedly new battery only lasted 2.5 years.
Nice gents that work here. Definitely the best $$ I’ve found in town for my truck battery with a 3yr warranty. And they lent the tools to change out there so I didn’t have to come back with the core. I’ll be back for the next one.
Timmy Frye took really good care of me. They always had the battery I needed in stock on the self ready to go. They also rebuild starters and alternators. Why spend all your money at the auto parts stores when you can fix what you have and save yourself so money.

This place and guys that work here are great! I needed new batteries for a razor scooter and they had but went above and beyond by removing wiring from old 3 batteries and re soldering them in series on the new ones. Highly recommend.
Went in to buy a battery and received free install!! Price was way less than ANY stores in the area and install was very fast! Manager was very knowledgeable and customer oriented.
The Guys at Pasco were able to troubleshoot a rebuilt alternator off my sailboat while I was making passage further south. Their quick diagnostic and repair got me moving shortly after coming into their shop. I have a lot of appreciation for this company. Thanks guys.
We are full-time cruisers. When we had charging issues on our boat and needed to test our alternators, we called Tim Frye, the store manager in Chesapeake and explained that we would be renting a car and driving in from Elizabeth City, NC. He promised to take care of us as soon as we got there. True to his word, Tim stopped what he was doing, tested both units, found one beyond salvage and repaired the other. We were back out the door in about 30 minutes. Tim also took care of three other customers while we were there. Tim has outstanding customer focus and really knows the business. His pricing is fair and reasonable, as well. Total five-star experience.
I work in the automotive industry. Many times, I have a bad alternator or starter and would prefer to have them rebuilt locally as it is typically cheaper and I am more confident with the quality. I started taking them to Lew who had a shop at 1218 S Military Hwy, Chesapeake, VA 23320. Everything I got back worked flawlessly and continues to function well after well over a year of continual use. I've been very happy ....
Then PASCO took over the place....
Lew is still there but another guy seems to be the one I'm allowed to deal with. He seems to be the guy who rebuilds my things and every one of them have a 100% failure rate.
I took an alternator there for a 99 Toyota Solara that charged intermittently. He took it apart in front of me and replaced some part and handed it back. It took him 5 minutes and he only charged me $30!. How wonderful! I've driven the car twice since then without a problem until today when it failed.
I took a starter for a Ford F350 to him and dropped it off. He called a couple hours later telling me that it was finished and was only $30! I picked it up and bolted it to the truck to find out that it did Not work. I took it back and He bench tested it. It spun but slowly. It just didn't have enough power to turn the engine over. This was the reason I took it there in the first place. His response was that it wasn't worth rebuilding but he could sell me a New one for $179. That's more than every auto parts store in the area! I was so angry that I just left. I took an identical starter to Lew before PASCO took over and he rebuilt it beautifully for a fraction of the cost. Did anyone offer to give me back my $30 I spent for this incompetent joke to do absolutely nothing? No! No "sorry". No nothing but the attitude of "sorry about your luck, bend over so we can screw more money from you".
I'm livid over my experience. I must have referred a dozen people to that store before I realized how incompetent that guy is. If they have the same result, I look like a fool for sending them. They have lost my business and I will be sure to tell everyone I know of my experience. Since I'm a tow truck owner who does mostly towing for automotive repair shops and car dealerships, I imagine that is a lot of potential customers. They don't have the time to take a chance that their "rebuilt" parts will fail.
As long as that guy is still running that store, a lot of people will not be using their services.
We have had a local business in Chesapeake for the last 34 years. We have used RSC Electric forever to repair alternators and other electrical devices for our trucks and equipment. They have always been fair and honest with reasonable fees for their service. We've been in a fix before and they have jumped right on it to get us out of a bind.
