Called and need price quote on my vehicle .The young man was very helpful .Its a Family owned business When I arrived he made sure I had correct Rotors n Brake pads for my car . BEST PRICE IN TOWN !!
I recommend you go to Glo when you need something for your cars. They are very knowledgeable and even more accommodating. They go out of their way to please their customers, which in and of itself is a commodity. They have a loyal customer in me for now on.
I visited the establishment this past weekend in need of a specific part that most auto part stores don't keep on hand. I wasn't entirely sure of the part or what it looked like or even how much it should cost. They informed me they would have it in an hour and sure enough called me a couple hours later to inform me it was there to pick up. After purchasing it, I realized it wasnt the right part or price, either way I wanted to return it, only minutes later. The man behind the counter Gary or Bryan, "voided" out the transaction and assured me everything would be fine. Well 5 days, 2 business days to be exact, later it has still not cleared from my bank account or returned the money I spent with them. I was informed by them to call my bank because it was out of their hands. My bank heard me out, made phone calls to the Glo Auto establishment and experienced "terribly rude and unwilling to help" customer not service. The way he spoke to her and I both are unnecessary and uncalled for. The bank assured me that there was absolutely nothing they could do because of the company they draw their card purchases from or through. Continuing to argue with me over the phone back and forth Glo telling me to call my bank, my bank telling me to call Glo. Just ridiculous and unnecessary the whole experience so I wouldn't recommend this establishment or BB&T.
Very decent selection and they can get whatever is not on the shelf within 24hrs. The layout is good, the grey whiskered dog is awesome. The prices could be a bit better but they are Ok.
The place is not your typical auto parts store. They are one of the few privately owned parts left around. The staff is friendly and helpful everytime I have visited.
