I love those guys. So family-oriented. No one can beat the prices. Honest work. Their average heading should be much higher. As a business owner myself I understand when someone is not happy or don't want to pay the price they go trash you on social media. They don't do it to big businesses because they got stuff for free and small business cannot afford that. My Jeep was in a very bad accident and no one would touch it beside Pop And Son shop. Good job boys keep it up
Pop and Son Restorations is probably the worst place you could take your vehicle for repairs or restoration! After 3 years in their possession, barely 1/4 of the work was done. My brother was ripped off of over $10,000 before he passed away. I wish I would have taken them to court instead of paying a couple more thousand to get possession. That was my dumb thinking. According to other reviews, they have lied to and cheated many others. You won’t get what you pay for! Please beware of this company!!!!
Please ensure you get everything in writing. I paid 2500.00 and most of my parts and headlight was used. I was told o could buy a new light for 150.00. The bumper was ripped at the bottom he offered to glue it. One part of the bumper was was not even. I wouldn't recommend.
We recently brought in our F-150 which had been in a crash. I assumed it was a loss but Steven and his father were able to bring it back to life. They have had my aunt’s vehicle for over 10 years, she’s paid them over $2,000 which they refuse to refund and have done no work on the truck and refuse to return the truck. REPEATED voicemails and text messages have gone unanswered.
Apparently my aunt is going to have to have to go to the courthouse and file a warrant in debt to receive her vehicle and her money.
Amazing quality service. They gave me the best quote for the paint job I needed for my son's car parts. Other shops were charging way too much and booked out for weeks. These guys were affordable and quick with service. I forgot my straps to bring home the car parts and Steven let me borrow his straps so I could get everything home safe. Steven and his family are awesome. I'll definitely be back!
I used this shop for my car repairs after an accident. Excellent work and great communication with insurance adjuster and myself. Even after picking up my vehicle, he still replaced a bulb that had blown out. I will be taking my car back to get the whole car painted and looking as beautiful as the repairs that were done.
