Five Stars for Alyson's Roadside Assistance! A True Lifesaver! Less than 24 hours into my trip, my Avis rental car failed. Dealing with the rental company's roadside assistance was a huge pain, but the only shining light in the entire ordeal was being connected to Alyson's Roadside Assistance. They called me back in about 20 minutes, and I had the pleasure of speaking with Cory. Instead of defaulting to a tow (which is what I was preparing for), Cory's customer service and technical knowledge were phenomenal. He patiently talked me through a few steps over the phone, and within minutes, we were able to correct the issue enough for me to safely drive the car back to the Avis location myself. Cory's expertise and helpfulness surpassed any and all help I received from Avis. He saved me a significant amount of time, hassle, and stress. Alyson's Roadside Assistance, specifically Cory, delivered customer service that is truly best-in-class. Highly, highly recommend!
We got a flat tire going down the highway and my husband pulled into Hardee’s to change the tire. Cam, the tow truck driver, was on his lunch break but didn’t hesitate to offer for us to use his Jack & even came to help my husband. If we ever need towing services, I will call Allyson’s all because of Cam. He didn’t have to help, but he did. More people like Cam are needed in this world & I just wanted to thank Allyson’s for hiring such a kind, friendly, and professional person. Thank you so much Cam! You made our day a little easier & we can’t thank you enough for that!
When the driver first arrived, he had the owner on the phone. The driver was concerned about the poles on top of my truck and the extra height. The owner read the height regulations and explained that because of those four poles, the truck was over the legal limit. Without the poles, it would be fine. I told both the owner and the driver right there that I didn’t mind going to get a saw and cutting the poles off. I just didn’t want to deal put another driver at risk with a wheel lift because the tires are dry rotted. They told me, “If you cut them off, it should work.”
So I drove to the store, bought everything, and prepared to fix the issue exactly as instructed. On my way back, before even starting the work, I called the company directly. The employee who answered told me, “Just give us a call back once you’re done.” I agreed.
After cutting all four poles off, I immediately called back three times. No answer. I left a voicemail. Still nothing.
The next morning, I called my roadside assistance. They reached out to the same tow provider and told me the company gave an hour ETA. I waited the full hour and heard nothing back.
So I called the tow company myself. This time they claimed they hadn’t received any request at all. That made no sense, so I called roadside again. They called the provider back and told me the company was now saying that I “refused to sign the damage waiver.”
That never happened. I was never asked about any damage waiver at any point. So now I knew I was being lied about.
I set up a three-way call between roadside assistance and the towing company to clear things up. Suddenly the employee says, “Yeah, sorry, I see some notes here,” and while I’m explaining the situation, he cuts me off and says, “We’re not going to be able to do it.” No explanation. No callback. No responsibility for anything they told me to do.
I wasted my entire night and the next morning following instructions they gave me. Had they simply been upfront, I could’ve booked another tow and had this handled hours earlier. Completely unprofessional service and a major waste of time.
Cory was very helpful in unlocking our vehicle while the key was in the ignition. He was extremely kind on the phone and made us feel better. My only critique would be the communication with dispatch took a long time over the phone

Cory, the driver skillfully maneuvered my son’s BMW out of our gated driveway which is inclined. (Where other tow truck drivers refused to do.) I was very impressed of his ability. He delivered the vehicle to the dealer safely. Thank you Cory!

Cam, was super fast and awesome with my tow. He got to me quickly, from across town and gave me and my husband a ride so we didn’t have to catch a uber.Would def use them again and highly recommend.
I had to get my car towed from hitting something on the interstate and kori came to my rescue. Kori made sure i was out of the heat and put me in the truck with the air conditioner while he inspected my car to make sure everything was ok. Kori made me feel so safe and even though i knew nothing about cars he explained to me what was going on the entire time he was there. Kori made sure i made it home safe by personally dropping me off. I 100000 percent would use this towing company again and would recommend this company to all of my friends and family. He was AMAZING. I’ve never had anyone help me the way he did!
Katie arrived and was very courteous and her professionalism was outstanding. Alyson's Roadside Assistance was recommended by Geico and I was a little hesitant at first, because of bad experiences I've heard of how some tow truck drivers are rude, especially to women. Katie arrived with a smile and assured me that's not the experience I'm going to have. She was knowledgeable and explained in detail everything to me. I highly recommend Katie...she deserves a round of applause and an standing ovation. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.
I cannot thank Corey enough for the incredible help he gave me when my truck was stuck deep in the mud. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, kind, and completely focused on getting the job done. Corey came fully prepared, worked with precision, and treated my vehicle with the utmost care.
What really stood out was his patience and positive attitude — even in a frustrating situation, he made everything feel less stressful. He didn’t just tow my truck he made sure I was okay, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to get me back on the road.

Kori was highly professional and very knowledgeable. He was the second company we contacted (the first did not arrive). Kori contacted us twice on his way to ask questions in order to be the best prepared and offer suggestions and options for us to make the tow and repair process easier and less expensive. He arrived on time and made the tow seamlessly. He was very considerate and friendly to work with! And, their price was great for the distance!

They quoted 90 minutes, but showed up in about 25-30! Quickly loaded my vehicle and even shifted locations of drop off for me. I was able to get my vehicle fixed in about a hour. Definitely recommend!

I had rental from enterprise that was stuck in Park. Cory came out to assist and told me that a smaller truck had to come out and get it. 5 minutes later, it was going to be 3-4 before someone could come out and he didn’t want me to wait that long so he hooked up the vehicle and left. He was very friendly and entertaining lol he was great!
Cory was great! He was very personable, professional and friendly. We received a text that it was going to take 50 minutes for someone to come out but it wasn't even a 20 minute wait. Cory loaded the car on the truck quickly and got us to our destination safe and sound. It was a very enjoyable ride from start to finish.

Miichael was fantastic. He removed the front driver’s tire that had both a nail and rusty razor blade puncture with my spare in the trunk in no time. He is knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend this service to anyone and everyone.
