My fuel pump went out on I-264 E near VA Beach. I called TNP towing, Marcus showed up on time and was very professional. Originally, I was just going to have Marcus tow my vehicle to a location that he had to keep it for me until I could figure out what to do. I ended up contacting a family member that was about 1 hour from my location. Marcus was able to tow my vehicle to my family members house and was very reasonable on the price!! Marcus was very respectful and meticulous on handing my vehicle! Being 4.5 hours from home and not a lot of options, I was worried I was going to be taken advantage of as far as pricing. Marcus was very caring about my situation. I would 100 percent recommend TNP towing!! I would definitely use them again if I was in need of a tow and in the area!

Quoted price, arriving time, how long to get me there and was one of the most professional people I've met. Handled my truck like it was his own, double checked everything, safe ride to my destination. Truck was clean, used GPS, wasn't all over the road like some of these yahoo's you see and efficient. Asked me several questions to make sure I was good to go as well.

I was stranded on the side of the road for three hours after my insurance company insured me they had it taken care of. I am canceling progressive! Needless to say Marcus and TNP Towing are the first business listed when I started googling. They are first for good reason! He got to me in no time and was very reasonably priced! Arrived quickly and dropped our car off at the destination on time. We ended up having the car taken somewhere else than I originally told them so it increased the price, but he was kind enough to honor the original price quoted. I'll definitely save their number if I ever need towing again.

I was told over the phone the price will be $120.00 with the pickup and drop off address that I gave him. Once he got the car and brought it to the destination , he charged 225.00. On top of that he added a $5 processing fee (that was not mention doing the initial call). I could of went with the company that was going to charge 150. He stated that he have the conversation recorded when the price he gave. He then called back to tell me that I didn't call the recording number. This guy is a scam!!! Will tell you one price then charge another. I should have went with a well trusted company Angel's towing and recovery LLC. I had no problems and they have fair pricing no matter how far you are. Looking for a tow close by to be picked up quickly I got scammed. Be aware of this lying company!
I called TNP on a Friday afternoon at 4:30 and he immediately came to tow my car. I have a brand new 2024 Ford Mustang and he put it on the tow carefully and considerately. He was there within 20 to 30 minutes even in rush-hour traffic. I am so thankful he was there when I needed him. I highly recommend TNP towing!!

My bronco's battery died the day before I had to be out of my rental! After failing to jump it, I was in a bit of a bind. I called Marcus. He gave me a quote over the phone and agreed to come early the next morning to tow my truck to my new house. True to his word, he came the next day and got my truck to the right location. The whole process took about an 90 mins including travel time

Marcus is a lifesaver. After USAA informed me at 7am that they could not find a tow truck to take my broken down car to the shop, I called TNP. Marcus at TNP Towing is reliable, readily available, and clearly proficient. I had to have my F-150 towed locally from Norfolk to Hampton, and he made the process simple and timely. The truck was parked in a hard to get to spot, and another tow company I tried before TNP couldn’t get the truck out, but Marcus had no issues. He was on time and very professional, and the service is very reasonably priced. I highly recommend TNP Towing and will definitely be using this company for any of my future towing and hauling needs.

They offer you Great Services…. I called all around the 757 tonight … trying to find someone to tow my car. Out of about 12 or more companies… They were the cheapest and the most convenient as far as timing. The driver arrived before time and when I arrive to meet him… He was already preparing for the tow. His customer service was Excellent and His professionalism was Awesome. I Highly Recommend!!!! They were also a $150-180 cheaper than the ones that gave me a quote. Yes that much cheaper!!!! Saved me lots of money!!!!!
So, this review is for a tow that happened back in May of this year. Had bought a beater truck knowing that it would need an engine soon. It finally gave out a couple hundred miles later on a Saturday around 4pm. . Was my second call(no answer at another service provider). The quote sounded great. Owner/operator showed up exactly when he said he would, got me to a shop that I had decided on quickly, safely and even gave me a ride and was very personable and friendly. The price, for me, was very good(had recently had to have a tow in San Diego, CA that was less mileage and a smaller vehicle but was almost three times as much). If I need a tow in the future I sure hope TNP Towing is available!
Mr. Hooper showed up on the exact time today that I had scheduled with him yesterday afternoon to pick up and drop off an antique garage find that I had purchased. He was very safe and thorough in his loading , securing and the delivery of my new to me 1960 Ford truck. A very fair price to tow and excellent customer service.
