The battery of my Dad's car died while far from home. Greenbrier towing was great! They made it to us in good time and attempted the battery jump. They took the car to the closest advanced auto parts and my Dad had access to battery purchase and placement. The Greenbrier towing associate was smart , helpful, professional, and thought of quick actionable solutions. Highly recommend!
Just came and tow my sons car from in front of my house on July 5th 2025, then said that the fire lane on the opposite side of the road means that you can park in front of your home with no fire lane sign. Tow truck driver asks for $25.00 to drop the car, cash or card only to then tell us that they don’t accept card. Will be reporting this towing company at to the city for taking someone’s vehicle from right in front of their home stating that an entire road is a fire lane.
Greenbrier Towing and Recovery saved me in a sense. My car was shaking and could only go 20mph so I called them asking for a quote and they gave me the cheapest quote out of everyone I called for a 10 mile destination. They aren’t just affordable but they are very friendly and helpful people. I am also wondering how I could apply as a tower, should I go in person or call?
10/10 recommend! My husbands car was on the side of the interstate and they came to my rescue and towed to a tire shop and really helped me through a stressful time. Highly recommend!

Literally been sitting in my car all night because I got stuck in snow. Was told it would be 25-30 mins after being told I had to pay ahead of time because of the time or wait until 8am. Was told I would be contacted before he arrives but no call was received and your voicemail is full so I can’t even talk to anyone….out 140$ and still stuck in snow and now don’t have the money to pay another service provider even if they came out

I had a wonderful experience over the phone with Marlene. I work for an insurance company and had to reach out to get some updates to a receipt to be able to help a customer. She was absolutely wonderful. She was able to take care of the updates and get me the new invoice quickly. She was a pleasure to speak with, and I hope that we get to work with their company again in the future. In a business work customer service is so important. She is a diamond a dozen.
Idk how customer service is and you can check that I normally leave good reviews but the was an employee was just driving on the interstate and making me feel on the road was not okay. Fast, erratic and on the phone.
Insurance company provided vendor left me waiting for two hours. I canceled that service after zero contact. Called Grenbier Towing and they were on scene in ten minutes and Auston was fantastic.
He actually delivered my vehicle to the dealer before I made it home.
100% recommend, they are my go to service in the future.

Timely pick up and tow to the closest car repair shop near my home. Austin was professional and kind! I was stuck on an interstate bridge when my spare tire blew out but they were still able to get me.
I was initially waiting on my car insurance’s out sourced towing company and had to wait 90-120mins with no call/confirmation from the company (I even called them and no answer). I am glad that I decided to call greenbrier towing and Recovery instead as it is more than likely that I would still be stuck on the bridge if I hadn’t. Thanks to this company, I am now writing this review in the comfort of my own home!

So nobody likes to meet a man with a tow truck but if you need to this is the company to work with! Sadly an inattentive driver crashed into the back of us on our way to vacation. They went above and beyond. Including, but not limited to securing personal items that were irreplaceable.
I had the best experience with Frank who was professional, very nice and understanding. He did not only tow my car to the nearest discount tire but also took me to an atm and gave me a ride. Found ourselves in a need of a tow while we were in Chesapeake. We needed to be towed to NC and they could do it. First place we called and they said eta 45 minutes. We recieved a phone call within 10 minutes from the driver. Our driver was from Michigan and he was great. Hands down the best and I would highly recommend them.
AMAZING!! Family owned business. They answered my call immediately, gave me an estimated window of arrival, and arrived precisely at the earliest time estimated. They were very friendly and helpful, and most of all, they went above and beyond to make sure that my car, my belongings, and I were safe. Turns out my spare was also flat, so they went so far as to fill the spare with air, and double check it for pressure and damage before sending me on my way. They were just good people. I can't recommend them enough!!

When my car died at a clothing store they were incredibly friendly and helpful; was quoted a 30 minute wait time, but technical difficulties extended that. Kyle arrived after about an hour and even tried to help jumpstart my car again! In the 15° bitter cold! To no avail, but I appreciate him going above and beyond. The car had corroded battery terminals and will be soon ready for me to drive again. Great company and I'm so thankful for the live ETA updates! Thank you Kyle for the outstanding service!

Called these guys on a Saturday at almost 3pm and Mike shows up within 25 minutes! He was "done for the day" but my call came in on his way home...he turned around and came and got us and dropped my truck off at my mechanics shop. He was very professional and just a nice guy. I actually gave him a tip, as I feel its important to recognize and show "thanks" as one is able. Mike, so nice to see that there are good people out there doing a hard job with integrity and kindness!
The driver was awesome and made sure that my Dodge Durango was loaded with care. I really appreciate these guys taking care of me quickly after having to wait over 3 hours for the other tow companies that couldn't help me. Outstanding service! Met my last minute needs, needed to get a travel trailer moved in less than 24 hrs. They were quick to accommodate and price was $165 cheaper than 3 other quotes in area. No issues delivering 2 hrs away. Took extra care of my trailer, made sure tires were good even topped the air off to ensure safe travel. First class service!

Needed my car towed to the shop on short notice. They arrived within 10 minutes of calling and handled everything within 5 minutes. They even dropped it off for me, checked it in with a technician and called me back to get me the details so I didn’t have to get an Uber to the shop.
They’re even reasonably priced (do know that they prefer cash but they can do credit card if needed). Couldn’t be more satisfied.
