Woke my entire neighborhood up this morning at 6 a.m on a Saturday slamming dumpsters for drop off and pick up. Left trash in yard and on street as well. Would not recommend to anyone!!!!
This company is a joke, it takes a arm and a leg to get a dumpster pick up and if something changes no call or anything completely left in the dark don’t use them if you want your time waisted

I am trying to locate JPWright of wbwaste.com, so can send a certified letter requesting $4,500 dollars for the repair of my cement when they delivered a dumpster to my address, WHEN I DIDN'T ORDER A DUMPSTER. Disappointing experience. The company was supposed to show up two previous times to pick up the dumpster and they didn’t show. So at 6 AM this morning when the house is dark and everyone is asleep the truck pulls up and the guy comes up and rings the doorbell. What in the world! And then to top it off on the way out he’s so careless he tears a huge branch off my Japanese cherry tree. I’m talking a tree that’s been there for 25 years. How do you even value that?
ZERO stars: 6/18 Delivered a dumpster and damaged concrete, had to make a vandalism report with the police. Still wondering how a dumpster ended up on the property. 6/19 they came back to pick up their dumpster, which is trespassing and more cracks in a $14k concrete job.
The girls that took my orders were super sweet, Friendly, and highly organized! They were willing to go above and beyond to accommodated my needs. I appreciate being able to get a delivery within 24 hours as well. Is definitely recommend this company to my peers and I will be using them again!
The owner of this new company SRWS, is former Portsmouth city councilman Danny Meeks. Mr Danny Meeks has the reputation of being a "crook" in the Hampton roads area. And he most certainly lives up to that reputation. He has taken advantage of many people for unimaginable amounts of money and continues to do so with anyone he conducts business with, which also includes all of his employees who are employed at this company. He has a way of getting people on his side, just to drop you on your head when you least expect it. Community is irrelevant to this man. He is the definition of greed. He's a swindler, a con man. Someone you should not trust. Recommended you take your business elsewhere.
Friendly customer service reps, same day or next day delivery, fair pricing, quick conflict resolution. I have used SRWS for years and will continue to do so.
Terrible service, they don’t try to work with there customers to fix pickup issues. Shop elsewhere because they are the same price as everyone else but are inconsistent and rude.
From initial phone call to delivery, they go out of their way to get it right. Their drivers often call to double check and confirm can delivery location. First class service!
Never come on time to pick up trash and recycle even on fixed days and when we call like 40 times they don't have any answer except they will contact the dispatcher

They make ordering dumpsters a quick and easy process for everyone. I knew nothing about roll-off containers and the staff was willing to educate me. The drivers were polite and friendly and followed my instructions word for word.
The entire experience was delightful and i will MOST DEFINITELY be a life time customer! This company will not disappoint!
