I broke down on a Sunday evening and called Blair's. They were really nice and got out to me quickly and their time estimates didn't leave me hanging. The tow truck driver was great. Her name was Kellie. She definitely knows what she's doing and was really efficient and extra helpful. She turned what could have been a bad night into a much less stressful experience. Would definitely recommend.

Blair’s towing originally apologized for the damage and said they would pay for it to be fixed. Mike told me that they “owned” a body shop as well (southern collision) and that they would take care of me. I called southern collision and told them Mike sent me. I spoke with a man who I assume was one of the managers and he told me he didn’t know who Mike was and he has no affiliations with Blair’s towing. That was the first red flag. Then a female called me back and told me Mike told her what happened and she would set me up with an appointment to get an estimate. I went to the appointment and got the estimate and there was $2100 worth of damage done (and that’s WITH the discount they gave him). Southern told me they would send the estimate to Mike and wait for approval. Well Mike went ghost for a whole month straight. I called him multiple times every week and left voicemails. I was finally fed up and decided I was going to call the owner of Blair’s, his name is Rick. Rick wasn’t in office so I left a voicemail telling him about how Mike ghosted me and I planned on taking legal action. After that Mike finally texts me from his personal number and tells me they’re ordering the parts and they’ll have a date for me to get my car repaired soon.
Fastforward to the day of me supposed to be getting my car fixed… there’s no rental car ready for me. Now I have to postpone repairs again, when they already knew I’d need a rental car because it was going to take DAYS to fix my car.
My boyfriend called up to southern collision to see why I was getting the run around and asked to speak with corporate. After they heard the word corporate they hung up on him and told him not to call back. Why ? Because they were scared. They called Blair’s towing and i received a message from Mike telling me that my boyfriend called southern collision and cussed them out so they refuse to do business with me and that I need to contact my car insurance to get my car fixed. In reality, he didn’t cuss anybody out, they just didn’t want to get caught so that was their excuse.
Long story short, Blair’s towing is unprofessional and corrupt. They damaged my car and involved me in an under-the-table operation with southern collision. They’re running an illegal and unethical hustle behind the scenes.
Couldn't ask for a better experience. Woke up to a flat and had GEICO dispatch a tow truck from Blair's. Was immediately provided with an ETA and the driver showed up like clockwork. Very professional. He took the key, snapped a few photos of the vehicle, and drove it right onto the flatbed. Promptly delivered the vehicle to the tire shop and I had it back home (repaired) in two-hours. Highly recommend. Thanks a million!
I had a flat tire that I noticed when I arrived home. I called my insurance company and they dispatched Blair’s Towing, I was provided an ETA of 45 minutes from the time that I called. I shortly received an updated text message stating they would be arriving early and within the next 10 to 15 minutes. Chris the tow truck driver politely called me and asked me to meet him outside he explained everything in full detail, and even offered to allow me to stay inside the house while he did his work. He also offered to drop off the key to the drop box and provide all of my insurance information. Chris was polite, courteous, punctual, and very helpful all while it being very cold and this occurring at night. I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of towing services.
Volvo died in the middle of intersection. Called Geico and Blair's was there within the estimated time of arrival. Friendly driver was able to diagnose and towed our vehicle to our mechanic. Thanks for the great service!
My power steering went out, and roadside assistance via my insurance assigned Blair’s to help me get my car safely back home. The driver, Jake, showed up right on time and took great care of my car. Not only was he efficient, he was incredibly professional and personable. Great customer service all around!
Just had one of their drivers run me off the road because he didn't want to slow down so he merged in my lane. No blinker. Then flips me off. Lol. Later aI am passing him up and cuts me off again. At this point it is road rage with a 20k pound vehicle. Shouldn't hire thugs.
Absolutely horrible customer service . Waited on them to come as dispatch from geico . After 2 hours of waiting they said Geico cancelled . Geico called them they were told that the towing company cancelled. After calling myself they did not tell the truth by saying they tried to call and got no answer and that they drove past house and couldn’t find car. All lies . No number called on phone log. No tow truck passed my house on my street camera .
Waited 2 hours in freezing weather for them to arrive ..

To reply. I was irritated for having to wait with my child for the tow truck. It was an inconvenience. Had the operator on the other end of the phone line been more professional, I would not have been so irritated. I understand there must have been a lot of car issues due to the snow . An apology and perhaps a request for understanding that they may have been busy due to weather would have gone a long way.. the response from the male answering the call was just rude and full of excuses.. the owner or manager reached out and and at least was respectful. I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars bc in all fairness they may have been swamped with tow requests . I don’t want to hurt anyone’s business especially being a small business
We can chalk this up to them being overwhelmed due to the weather .. but retrain your staff answering phone calls to not make excuses up that are not true and blame others .. sometimes accepting responsibility and just saying we were in the weeds is enough to make people understand the situation
Service was trash! Very rude and unprofessional I understand everybody has bad days but to get out of the truck with an attitude is ridiculous. Directions were explained the best way I could with no mile marker or stores around. No patience and aggressive for absolutely no reason. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
Had a flat tire and James came through with the quickness and hooked up the donut in no time! Cool dude, very knowledgeable, and excellent customer service!!!!! Appreciate it!
I had the pleasure of using Blair towing to tow my Mercedes Benz from Chesapeake to Charles Barker. They said it would be 60 minutes but they got there in less than 15 minutes. The driver Chris Girard was the best. He allowed me to ride with my car and we had great conversation. He was so nice, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend and ask for Chris
Having to have my car towed is not the greatest way to start the day, but Blair's Towing was there in no time to assist with my disabled vehicle. My tow truck driver, Chris Girard is a super nice, professional, and attentive gentleman. Had an easy, straightforward, efficient, and friendly experience with Blair’s Towing employee Chris Girard. Tesla set up towing with Blair’s and Chris called me within 15 minutes of request. Chris arrived 30 minutes ahead of quoted time of 1 hour. Chris set a high standard of quality customer service and safe transportation of my Tesla. I had major car troubles after leaving work; my car started overheating and I had to have a tow. I requested roadside assistance via GEICO app and Blair’s answered in less than 2 mins after I placed my request. The driver arrived ahead of his estimated time and was kind, understanding, communicated well without making me feel useless for not knowing how to describe my car issues. He got my car dropped off at the shop I requested and had me back home without 35 mins. Highly recommend Blair’s. 10/10.

Christopher, the tow truck operator was absolutely rude and lacked customer service. Snatched my car keys out of my hand, was very short with my husband and I, and even yelled at him! Had an attitude from start to finish and took about 1 hour and 15 minutes before we were serviced, waiting wasn’t the issue. The issue was waiting just to be greeted and serviced horribly. Don’t utilize this company if you can avoid it. Unfortunately we had no choice since our car insurance is a partner with them.
Chris Girard was terrific. Not only was his work ethic great but his heart was too! The way he strapped my car to the flat bed gave me absolute comfort and assurance that I was in good hands. My car was having issues and would not start. Geico dispatched Blair's and I was told it would take 90 minutes. I had my car up on the flat bed 45min from the time of the call. Rodney? Was awesome! Very kind and polite, made sure he called to update us when he brought the car to the mechanic, and even apologized because he thought they were closed and he was going to just leave the keys. Great service!!

Did not catch the name of the driver who towed my car today, but the lack of customer service prompted this review. I never leave reviews. Asked him a question and he told me, “just be quiet and let me do my job”. Unbelievable and disgusting. Was gonna give him a tip for being timely, but the attitude and hostility just disgusting and uncalled for.
I’ve never had a tow truck arrive so quickly, within 20 minutes. That was a plus! Driver (Corey) was personable, helpful, and a complete joy to around. I’m extremely satisfied with the service that was supplied and I will be using this company again in the future.

Excellent service!!! My car broke down in the parking lot at work after a long shift. The driver was very friendly and personable which really helped ease my stress. I greatly appreciate the extra mile he went by dropping me off at home after taking the car to the shop. Very pleased!
Today my car didn't start .....frustrated I contacted my insurance for a tow the stars were not aligned for me today but......along came Dwayne with Blair's he turned the whole situation around very professional, super nice and just a great human he is definitely the right man for his Job he's great at what he does
GEICO dispatched them out to me when my car broke down. The response time was faster than what I was quoted. The driver was a super nice guy. My car sits low to the ground and he took great care in getting it loaded with no problems or damage. Highly recommend.
Left my senior mother outside for almost 4 hours. Kept telling her 15 more minutes. Then told her they fell behind because they sent her driver to another tow on the way. Then told her leave the car with keys inside. Her being a disabled senior and unable to stand the heat listened to them. Car is now impounded somewhere because the tow company never came. Had they arrived as predicted her car would be at the dealer for service. When she called the company, dispatcher said he didn’t tell her to leave it. Three other people heard him on speaker phone tell her to do so. It’s unfortunate how they treat senior citizens.
