Mr. Rice was generous enough to bring out the heavy wrecker twice to assist us with the repair of our coach's launch, once to pull it out of the water and once to put it back it. I used tide water expresses services today, and Micheal came out and helped me. He came in a good timely matter, had a good positive attitude, he stepped in and immediately knew what he had to do and got it done in a timely matter. The service was excellent and I am very thankful and pleased for how great the customer service was. Definitely communicate well with their customers. I requested a tow from Emporia to Chesapeake Va. Tidewater Express Towing came out and picked me and my 2017 Freightliner up quickly. The driver was super friendly and the bill was much less than what I expected. Thanks!! I highly recommend this business!!!
These guys really helped me out! After calling 4 other companies and was given response times of 5 hours to 2 days, I called Tidewater Express. They were there in less than 60 minutes. Their dispatcher was extremely friendly and helpful. Their driver called and kept me updated as I waited. Ended up riding with the driver, super friendly and we had a lot of laughs on the ride to the dealership. Highly recommend!
Zack with Express called promptly and gave us an accurate eta. Once on site, he was very professional. He explained his recovery plan and was open to suggestions and kept safety paramount. The plan evolved and each time he used extreme caution to prevent damage and injury. Express has a top notch fleet and I would definitely recommend their team.
Super Dually w/ 35' Gooseneck Flatbed (empty) Trailer attached. Tidewater Express arrived in a timely manner. The Tow Truck Driver knew what he was doing and didn't waste time. He made us feel safe. Admittedly, the tow was expensive; but, you're at their mercy when you need a tow.

They charged me over 600.00 dollars to "diagnose" ... plug in a code reader..... and then 30 minutes to change out a 100.00 part, I have been working on diesels for 12 years and know what is going on.... they are THEIVES!
