They were quick to pick up my vehicle, and the driver was kind and courteous. He gave me a ride to my house. I had to go out the next morning to Royces to clean out my car, and they were very kind to my situation.
Scott was on time, took care when connecting my vehicle, and efficiently got the job done. His price beat the other 2 estimates I got by almost half. I've used Royce service twice this year, and he would be my "go-to" if I needed a tow again.
Camron was a complete gentleman when towing my car! I called this company at 7:11 pm and they were there by 7:23 pm! He took care of my car and made sure to put it directly in the driveway so quick and fast. Another reason why I love this company is because they are not money hungry. When I called to inquire about the price I was a little hesitant he told me I could call two other companies and even gave me their names. I ultimately end up going back to this company because of the service that I received over the phone and it was honestly a reasonable price to tow the Car. I will recommend them to anybody and I recommend you all to use this company.
I had a very good experience with this company. Helped make a bad situation easier. Had mechanical issues with my work truck. We setup a time for pickup, they were right on time, took truck to repair shop of my choice. Rate was more than fair and the driver was very nice. I also like the fact that it’s a family owned business as well. I now have a new go to company for all my tow needs.
Royce’s wrecker service pulled up on my 16 year olds wreck last night and stayed with her until I got there. The driver consoled her and even let her borrow his hoodie to keep her warm. We’re super thankful. 10/10 would recommend!!

Driver was 30 minutes late, but was very quick to setup and load when he got there. Quick with payment and unload as well once we reached the destination. Been my go-to tow service for a couple years now, and nothing has changed.

Our family had to relocate to Maryland from Chesapeake over the last year to care for our 92 year old father (he's got dementia and is bedridden)since the passing of his wife of 62 years. We have a 2002 Ford Explorer that has been reliable on our drives back and forth...but not this time unfortunately, when I needed to be in town for my job. The gear would not move for me from parking to drive. I read the online reviews for a local tow service and the Royce reviews were very promising! I spoke with Scott by phone and his son, Rick came to tow our car. They were both very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Also promptly arrived not long after my call!! Rick also recommended a Aamco shop nearby that would be better for resolving the issue versus heading to a Ford dealership. Kudos to you both Scott and Rick! The owner went above and beyond when my car needed a tow. He arrived within 1 hour after the breakdown, got my car delivered to the repair shop, and even gave me a ride home afterwards! My go to towing company from now on. Great value and customer service.

my guy Rick gave quick and excellent service I will definitely call again whenever I need any of my cars towed. They were without a doubt affordable and a friendly towing company compared to the others that I called.... if you’re a cowboys fans don’t tell them lol j/k but hands down were treated like I knew him for at least 15 years.
I responded to a call at the same location as one of the drivers, and the entire interaction between me and the driver was great! If you want your yard all torn up and your trash cans ran over this is the company you should call. It’s not there fault so they blame it on a kid for their actions as well. Great place to call. Lol
Rick came out to where I was, in record time mind you! (15 mins or less) He immediately started trying to survey the problem vs just hooking my truck up and charging me for the tow. Within minutes he had the problem solved and had me on my way! Even followed me to my house to make sure I didn't break down agian! I will never call anyone else! Great people, fair, and honest! My husband broke down on the side of the road and these guys were unfortunately the second company called (after the first failed to show up!) I wish they had been the first because they were early, fast and super professional! I even called my insurance company and told them to move these guys up on the list. This is the worst towing service ever do not use them. All they care about is money. My car broke down and when I researches some shops I was not able to get it repaired till the next day. They tower offered to take me home and tow my car the next day after I paid them. The next day I was told I would have to pay them again. The woman and man was so rude!
These guys are truly professionals, and I'll bet no one can beat there prices. Not out to rip you a new one like other tow companies. Highly recommend this company.
