We just can't say enough good things about Angel and this company. The ball joint broke on our truck and the truck slammed down onto the tire. Angel came out right away and struggled to be sure the sideways tire was straight enough to support, lift, and tow back to our home in Virginia Beach from Portsmouth. His price was very fair. His truck was clean and comfortable, and Angel is truly one of the nicest people we have ever met!! We highly recommend this company!!

I had a classic and rare car delivered here from Japan. This car is going to be my new project car and maybe even a family heirloom passed down in the future. So to say I was extremely picky and nervous when looking for someone to tow this car almost 4 hours from Chesapeake VA to central NC was an understatement.
Originally I had scheduled to have the car towed on a Monday however he didn't have a flat bed or anything available for that day (due to some mechanical issues the car couldn't be towed with wheels down). He offered to keep the car overnight which made me fairly nervous as I would be leaving my car behind. However, he took every step in keeping me updated and sent me photos of his fenced in and locked lot.
He ended up delivering the car to me several hours away with no problems. If I ever have anything that needs towing in that area again I will most certainly be using 7 cities. I will also recommend 7 cities to any other service members that may have a car delivered from overseas as well.

Called up 7 cities Towing and Recycling. Driver answered and had me send him a text. He shooed up at appointed pick up and dropped off at appointed drop off with a picture sent via text showing the car. Couldn’t ask for more peace of mind that the vehicle was towed and delivered as agreed upon. Would highly recommend.

DO NOT CALL ANYONE ELSE! Had to call a tow truck on the highway and I'm glad I called 7 Cities Towing. He was quick, professional, and just a nice guy. I take good care of my car so I was concerned about having it towed, but he knew what he was doing and was very careful not to damage anything. I couldn't recommend 7 Cities Towing more!
I coordinated a tow early Saturday morning, for later in the day. Our tow truck driver arrived as scheduled, was pleasant, and worked HARD and fast to hook up my Escalade and get it delivered to the dealer.

Even though it was real early in the morning, Angel came through with outside service as the day started out bad on my way to work. He adjusted with the location change for delivery of the vehicle and even made sure I was able to get to my other vehicle and get to work in a timely manner. Awesome experience getting my vehicle towed this morning. First of all Angel was very professional on the phone and he was at my house within 15 minutes. My vehicle was a special case since I was locked out and the leaking air suspension system had allowed the car to basically dropped all the way to the ground. I had 2 separate tow trucks come by and they were not willing to tow it of fear of damage to the bumpers. Well, with talent and some hard work Angel was able to get the vehicle off the ground and now my car is at the repair shop instead of stuck in my driveway. Again, I would highly recommend Angel and his company and will definitely use him again in the future.

Very professional and nice. He got there super fast to help tow my truck and helped me understand everything that was going on. Even sent a picture to make sure I knew my truck made it safe. AMAZING! Although it took more than an hour to get a truck out to me, they still came as fast as they could and got to work without delay. When I tell you I was literally less than 2 blocks away from the auto shop to get the car fixed and then it shut down on me at a car lot of all places. This company didn't let me down. There was communication from the initial call up until he dropped it off at the shop for me. Very professional and respectful. I got them on speed dial if ever needed again and definitely will recommend to family and friends

Really great customer service! These guys were quick, efficient and super friendly. My car stalled on the Norfolk base and these guys met me outside the gate in less than an hour after me calling them. They drove me quickly and safely to my destination and even gave me a heads up that my tires need to be replaced soon. I will definitely do business with them again in the future and I highly recommend this team to anyone that needs a tow.
