I had an amazing experience with this company. I was stuck with a broken down car in inclement weather with my young children. The receptionist was very pleasant to work with and cared more about if I had someone to come and get us while we waited for the tow than immediately taking payment. The tow truck driver was very patient and friendly as well. Did not wait long! I felt extremely valued as a customer. Hopefully I never need another tow, but if I do, this will be the only company I call. Thanks again!
Very nice and helpful. My battery died with no warning at the gas pump.757 Towing was right there to help me out. Got me started and back on the road quick. I realy appreciate the help that this kind man gave me. I wish i had gotten his name, but thank you. I will definitely use 757 Towing services again.

While I was able to push the car out of a very dangerous situation I have to give Big ups to 757 Towing! Whit, the driver, was a lifesaver. Showed up on time the following day, expertly got my 2018 Jeep Wrangler loaded up, and got me back on the road ASAP.
What really stood out was his positive attitude - even when I was feeling frustrated. Communication was spot on too. Unlike some other companies I tried, 757 Towing followed through.

This is the second time I've had 757 Towing save my bacon. Once had to be towed drom driveway to shop, then from a gas station to a shop. Even with their extremely heavy workload on Thursday 3/27, the driver was apologetic about the wait time, hooked me up quick, and even relayed another issue I wanted looked at to the shop at drop off. I don't remember his name, but the guy who had to come from VB to the Miller station in Chesapeake to get my little Jeep Liberty is a rock star. Both times, I was charged a very fair price, and had a texted receipt/invoice on the spot before the driver left. I will absolutely make this company my go-to guys from now on.
757 towing is HIGHLY recommended! Even in the snow they were extremely prompt. They came 30 minutes earlier than expected. The driver was excellent and kind. Even though I had a issue with the garage I went to 757 was there every step of they way and providing a solution. Being from out of state the driver was very informative and pleasant. I really don't know what I would have done without him! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you 757 from the bottom of my heart

They showed true concern regarding my car situation. From the time I received the call of the ETA until my car was towed to a mechanic, it was genuine customer service. Amazing and professional company. I had issues with my jeep. I called them and was greeted with a friendly operator. Service was quick, within an hour. Their tow driver, Whit, did a wonderful job. I wasn't with my jeep and he made sure it was taken care of and dropped off at the correct location safely and efficiently. Would highly recommend them as the go to tow company in Hampton Roads!

I contacted AAA today to have my car transported to an auto body shop and they sent 757 Towing. I called just to confirm the truck they were sending was indeed a flatbed, the guy who answered looked at his information and said “As soon as I saw it was a 68’ Camaro, I wasn’t going to send anything except a flatbed.” He then told me that the truck was finishing up a job and would be here shortly. The flatbed truck arrived and the operator, a guy named Whitney (hope I spelled it right) was very polite and professional. He made sure the car was all lined up and although the car was already damaged from an accident, he took the time to get it loaded making sure not to damage anything else. He was very patient as I had to strap down the hood to prevent it from opening and he even helped me do that. The car was then transported 38 miles away to the shop. I followed behind and he unloaded the car with just as much care. It was DEFINITELY A GREAT EXPERIENCE and I would recommend them for anyone who needs a tow. Car overheated & fun stuff. Made a call to 757 Towing & they were efficient, friendly and actually eased my level of stress during the process of getting my vehicle to the repair shop. Highly recommend this company & David was amazing!
Amazing! Polite service and prompt as well! Professional too driver knew exactly what to do and how to back the truck into a tight driveway. He was even concerned if tree branches scratched the top of my car (it's an 05 I really wasn't all too worried about that) but the fact that he took the time to ask before just driving under the branches really made me happy and showed he cared.
I cannot recommend 757 Towing & Recovery more highly. While towing a boat, I had an issue with one of the axles. Jacob asked for pictures of the issue and then walked me through a solution allowing me to limp my trailer to a shop. He was professional, responsive and helpful. I don't know many people willing to help others especially when it means they may lose out on a payday. If I ever need towing services in the future I wouldn't hesitate to call 757 Towing & Recovery.
When my car died while out of state, AAA helped me with transport to get my car carried on a rollback to NC. It was my first time using 757 Towing and Recovery and if I am ever in that position again I will not hesitate to call them. The driver was friendly and very personable with my 89 yo mother and myself.
Definitely recommend 757 towing. The dispatcher was kind and communicated cost and expected arrival well. The tow truck driver was professional and made sure I got in the truck safety with the busy highway traffic beside us. They provided a itemized receipt which made it easy to submit for reimbursement for my insurance company. Would highly recommend for anyone stuck and needing a quick tow.
Jake was professional and kind. The vehicle was is a poor location and a combination of rain and moles made getting it out too difficult for other tow company's. Jake and 757 Towing never batted an eye got it out and delivered in record time. So grateful for good companies and people. Especially at this time of year. I didn't even call this service and yet one of their tow guys, Brian B., noticed I was stranded with a flat tire. Not to perpetuate the stereotype, but I have no idea how to change a tire. Brian stopped what he was doing to offer to help me. He finished his job (very professionally) and then came over to help me out. He did it quickly and then made sure I was safe in my car before driving off. I cannot say how much I appreciate him and his kindness. I hope that man gets a raise and a thousand blessings because of his kindness. Thank you Brian!!!!!!
Robert was on the scene very quickly to help tow our van on a holiday weekend. He was very understanding as we moved our family and our items into another vehicle. It stinks that our van broke down, but the tow trip was very professional and helped us to get to our destination on the outer banks. Highly recommended tow company!
If you need roadside assistance this is not who you want to call. Was not cooperative with self or insurance company. Rather than deliver vehicle to destination of customer request, placed vehicle in impound over weekend <2 miles from the body shop. Would only recommend the impound service (which was not requested in this situation), if you are looking for an impound lot where they don't answer the phone this is your business.
Business was recommend by first responder, if you have roadside assistance in your insurance plan, do not accept "help" from this institution.
Had to get a tow for my son's 2007 Jeep Cherokee after getting put off by the insurance company. Not only was the tow very reasonable, I would say more on the cheep side, but the service was above average. If I could give a 10 Star rating I would to this company. I work for a large tow company and compared to our standards they was right on par. You couldn't ask for more, ETA was meet, reasonably priced, courteous employees, and speedy service. Brian was the driver who did our service. He did a great job, 4 point tie down and a very positive attitude, so I had no worries about him loading and unloading the vehicle. Over all, like I said, 10 Stars in my book. If your looking for a great service provider, you will not go wrong with 757 Towing.

I had went through my emergency towing membership company and this was the company that was dispatched to tow my car. I had a great experience with this company and the driver was friendly and took good car of my vehicle while towing. My vehicle needed towing this past Friday morning, very early. I was on my way out of state to see family when my car broke down 20 miles from my home. This company was here in less than 15 minutes to help with my tow back home. Thanks to this company and the driver, I was able to get my car to the shop, get a rental and off on my trip that morning. Thanks so much I appreciated your efforts, i recommend this company should you ever need a tow, great service!! I hope the owner sees this review!
I had a different request. I had won my 1st live Christmas Tree. I.needed to get it home I gave little notice to 757 Towing & Recovery, but they help me out! On time and Professional! I can image how wonderful they are towing Cars, Trucks, ect! Thank You for your good customer Service!
This is by far the absolute worst tow company I’ve ever encountered. This is my second time using or attempting to use them and both times were epic fails. First, I scheduled an appointment for today and of course like the first I used them, they were late. Not only that, this guy showed up unprepared to tow my truck. Even after giving all the information to the dispatcher (which it could have been their fault for not giving all the information). I advise everyone never to use this company. They are very unprofessional they have nasty attitudes and don’t give a nickel about you or your problem. I can say this because when you are guaranteed a pay check, you should treat the customer like a piece of fecal matter. On two separate occasions I received the same treatment.
I would like to personally thank Jacob the owner of 757 Towing and recovery for calling me back so fast. He shedded some light on the situation above. With that being said, I had to call Agero and rip them a new one. I’ve also called USAA and tore them apart due to contracting with this piss poor company.
