I am giving a rating of 1 only because 0 is not an option. I contacted Fleet on 10/6/2025 and spoke with a woman who took all my information. She also had me send photos of my slashed tire that needed mobile repair. She said she would check with her techs and get back to me. Not having heard anything later in the day I called and left a voice mail. I left additional voice mails on 10/7. No calls were returned and I was ghosted by this company. BEWARE. I am thankful my situation was not an emergency because FLEET TYRE would have been no help!

Waste of time. Service just as the name says - Commerical. Hence the typo. Ron agreed to repair cut airlines but after two days of waiting and being ignored along with inability to provide timely updates or ETA we chose to tow the truck out across the street to an actual repair shop - KST Truck & Auto Repair, which I recommend and job was completed in less than an hour.

FleetTyre truly exceeded expectations when they came to assist our driver on the roadside. From the moment we contacted them, communication was clear, proactive, and friendly. I manage a fleet of trucks and Fleet Tyre will be the first people I call in the future for any roadside repairs my drivers need.

Overall great experience, quick to respond, super friendly and reasonable pricing. The 24-hour service is on point called with an issue not even 10-15 minutes later mechanic showed up. I would recommend this company to anybody who needs work done on their rigs and if I'm ever in the area again these are the guys to go to.

Needed a steering tire due to an unexpected cut incurred over the road. Looked up tire shops as I was coming out of Hampton, VA seen FLEETTYRE down off 106 past the Loves and Flying J truck stops. I called them up and they were very friendly and told me to come on down. Connor the mechanic was great and had the tires off and on in no time!! Would highly recommend any trucker in need of quality customer service and shop/tire repairs to give this business a shot!! Thank you Dominique

I strongly recommend all truckers who have any problems with wheels to contact them. These guys quickly got to work and changed the disk with tires in 1 hour! Very nice staff and after finishing the work they gave their branded T-shirt with excellent quality as a bonus. I RECOMMEND!!!??????

Great road service. Came out and repaired truck in 30 min. Another shop tried to tell me it had to be towed to do major work on it.

Listen up folks. I was having trouble with my brakes an I was at loves where there mechanic said there was 5 or 6 ahead of me I sat across from there shop and watched an none of the 4 mechanics on duty was doing anything. I call fleettyrw an they said bring it over. He looked over my unit. And even done a couple little things for me an wouldn't take a dime these are the true mechanics we all need out there. I could not have been more pleased with the service I got from FleetTyre. They came out to the location and replaced my carrier bearing. I called and spoke with Dominique, and within the hour, someone was onsite beginning the work. They were quick and had my truck back up and running within a couple of hours. 10 out of 10; very professional. I would highly recommend it, and I will be using their services again.

One of our trucks had front tire blown off on the I-64 around 9pm. Most of the shops in the area were close by then, but Fleet Tyre answered our call and ms Dominique were quick to send the technician. Within couple of hours our truck was on his way with brand new tire. Thank you ms Dominique and the crew at Fleet Tyre Commercial Truck Service, you guys are awesome!

Even though there are plenty of positive reviews for this establishment which lead me here, my visit did not end well. I know there will be a response to this review but everything I state here is strictly factual. I called Friday and spoke with Dominique, the owner, regarding my steering shaking while driving. While speaking, we went over things such as possible tire (which was new so no) alignment (which I already received so no) and balance beads on my steer tires (which I did not know if I had or not), NOTHING MORE. Was given the green light to come in this morning to check balance beads. Once I arrived, I dropped my trailer and pulled in the shop right away. After some time, I checked the status with the mechanic to see if beads were needed in my steers. Was told yes since none was in there. He also added that the kingpin, driving shaft looked ok as well and that he greased my truck, which I did not ask for but thought that was nice of him to do so for me thinking it was just courtesy right...wrong. After I received the invoice in the amount of $347.67, I reached out to Dominique to address it. Alot of he said, she said back and forth went on of course but after a while, she sent another invoice for $290.77 which included 1.46 hours of labor @ $175.00 per hour, shop supplies, taxes and cc fee. Her argument was that they do not just do balance beads check, that they do a full steering diagnostic which is why the amount was what is was. Well, that would be correct if this was stated beforehand and I authorized a full diagnostic. The only thing I authorized was checking 2 steer tires for balance beads and that's it. With all the facts stating here, I left out feeling worse than I did coming in unfortunately. And after all that, my truck is still shaking. Hope I'm the last customer that has an experience like this.

Man I appreciate thier service. I had an up radiator hose replace with in 3 hrs time. They picked up my part and then sent out a mobile mechanic. Dominique was awsome and polite and Kevin my mechanic did an awsome job. Great service.

This shop regained my confidence on the road. I had a stressful drive since morning. No indicators/signals but only 4ways. Love truck stop at Franklin, VA referred me to FleetTyre. The were willing to come over but I instead drove to their shop. The lady -Dominique on phone was so nice and so was the mechanic who took care of me. It took less time than I expected. These guys are awesome. Needed a last minute DOT inspection on a trailer. I did not have the chance to schedule an appointment ahead, but called the day before I arrived and when I did arrive, they had me in and out in no time. Can not recommend this place enough.

Hi, I drive for logistic experts and I picked up my loaded trailer and drove 20 miles and noticed I had smoke coming out the back. My company called Fleet Tyre Commercial Truck Service And talk to Dominique the owner. She immediately dispatch Kevin her master mechanic out to me and solve my problem and I thank them very much. I was having issues with the truck,so I went to Love's/Speedboat to have it checked out. I walked in around 1400 to get service. After waiting about 30 minutes to speak with a tech at Speedco, I was told there was at least 9 others ahead of me and I could not be seen at least until 6a.m.....Maybe. The tech offered me a card to FleetTyre. I asked how far it was and I was off. I called en route and asked if there were any restaurants or stores nearby and the lady advised me to pick up food before coming. Delivery does not come out. Once we arrived, they were waiting on me and hurried and found the issue before I finished my Asian cuisine. It was the park valve and the part needed to be ordered. Once the part came and was replaced, the mechanic. KEVIN. found two other major air leaks. However, all parts were unavailable until the morning. Dominique, the lady from the phone, asked if we needed anything and even offered to leave us access to the restroom for the night, but I kindly declined. When morning came, Kevin showed with the part for under the hood and replaced it. I can't believe I'm driving a truck that passed D.O T. inspection for this company. The crew of FleetTyre went above taking care of us and my dog. They even worked with the owner of this truck despite his rudeness. The truck was taken care of and we were treated so genuinely well. Had my starter go bad in a fuel island, they were out quick, got me running enough to get to the shop. Then made a parts run and had the new starter installed and ready to go. All within 6-7 hours. Reasonable rates, good work and good service. Friendly people who introduce themselves with a handshake. Definitely call ahead, this is a newer business, so their shop is smaller and the property it is on is shared so trailer parking is tight/limited. If I lived in the area, I'd make them my regular shop.

I had two blow outs on 64w. I called fleettyre and they arrived quickly to replace my 11R 22.5 drives. Great service. Highly recommended!

Very good price for road service. Very fast. We couldn't start the truck, so my co-workers called loves and they said that they don't know what the issue is they tries to do a diag and said that we need to tow the truck to dealership. So I called fleet tyre because wanted to double check if we really have to tow the truck. They where fast it took them 30-45 min to be at the truck. Found the issue like in 5 mins and the truck was ready to roll after 1 hour from the call. So please give them a call if you need help!

Guys I really appreciate what you did today it was very professional. I had a big metal piece on my tire I have noticed it in love truck stop so I went inside the loves service center they told they are booked so I found Dominique in the parking lot doing repair to another truck. So I approached them and ask them if they can do the tire . They told me it will take about 1 hr and they were prompt. I really recommend them. And the price was very reasonable.
