My truck started having issues about 10 minutes out from the shop; I pulled in with no appointment and they were able to diagnose the problem and have the parts in so i could continue my trip. While on vacation my 1997 F350 7.3 diesel broke down and had it towed to Coopers garage at 11pm. Scotty started working on my truck first thing the next morning . I was back on the road by 5:30. I seen a post on facebook with a lady having grinding in her wheels and someone said that Coopers Garage will work with you to get your car fixed with a payment plan. I immediately called them, they looked at my car, and they will be fixing it tomorrow and they will work out arrangements with me so that I can drive my car to go to work. I recommend them 10000000x . My wheel is grinding as well they looked as promised for free and told me what needed to be done . I thank them beyond measure
I cant say enough good yhings about these guys, I was at dmv and came out to my car not starting, called cooper's and they dropped what they were doing and came and jumped my car so i could get to work!!! Awesome people

BEST SHOP IN VA... I have spent a lot of time and money getting my trucks worked on just to have it back in a few weeks later. NOT A COOPERS. They get it right the first time, they are FAIR in price and Scotty had me out the door with all repairs done quickly.
I highly recommend this place for any car troubles! They explained everything in great detail to me and gave me updates through out the day, they took their time and still got my car back working within 2 days! They were also very flexible and understanding, Coopers Garage is an amazing company and I will 100% be using them again!

Scotty and Jessica at Coopers Garage were an absolute blessing in myself and my children’s lives. As a struggling mother of 3 and money being extremely tight I made the mistake of hiring a “side” mechanic. The end result of that was my money being stolen and a broken tensioner that I just purchased. When Scotty and Jessica heard my circumstances of being left with no vehicle for 2 (LONG) weeks with 3 children they immediately, and so generously offered to help me. The couple that owns this business seem to be good people. Scott is fair and doesn't tell you you need something done just to make a buck. He cares about the service he put his name on.
