While the stock was available for what we needed, when asking a question for a project, it felt like the cashier was talking down to us because we weren't sure what all we needed. Her attitude felt a bit rude and unprofessional. When a customer asks a question, you help them when they don't understand instead of treating them like they should already know what they are doing. Not everyone is a care guru.
Recently had trouble with my truck in town. We were just able to make it to O'Reillys. I had to borrow a couple of tools to tighten the connection to the battery terminals. The staff were great and very accommodating. I made the adjustment needed. By then the battery had died. I went back in to see if they could help, and they did! The associate came out with a jump box and got my jalopy running again. I'm very grateful. Knowledgeable and kind. Thank you.
We drove three hours and passed by here. The energy light went on our truck. We are scared. It is Saturday and all auto shops are closed. We saw this store open and decided to buy the stuff we need. First we thought it was coolant low. A lady in the shop sold us a bottle of coolant and filled it up for us. Then we realized it is DEF low. We went to get a bottle of DEF from a guy there. He came out to help us find the tank location. The way they did help us released a lot of anxiety. They did more than selling parts. They are knowledgeable and willing to help out of their way. They made our day much more pleasant. Thank you guys!
Associates more interested in the doughnuts than customer service. Clerk seemed new and didn’t have the knowledge needed to assist customers. Every one was new once and learning is a constant. But again no one was teaching they were too worried about which doughnut to eat next.
They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff who make your car troubles their top priority. Competitive prices and fast delivery of ordered items. They really help to ease the anxiety of vehicle maintenance and repair.
I stopped by to get a replacement headlight bulb because of recurring low beam bulb outages. Hunter was awesome! He diagnosed that my problem with recurring burnt out bulbs was really an issue with the connector. I have to buy the connector at the dealership. But, I am so glad I now know what was causing my problem with constantly burning out low beam bulbs.
The service here is sort of blah, as is the staff. I feel like I am interrupting the employees when I need them to look up a part for me. I went for am oil filter the other day and the one I wanted wasn't in stock (5 bucks or so) but they certainly had a 15 dollar oil filter.
Eric, Gary, Hunter and the rest of the guys down there are awesome. They treat you like a good friend and want to make sure you have everything you need and don't try to sell you a bunch of stuff that you don't. I will not go anywhere else unless it's absolutely a last resort.
Was quoted one price, and when we went to pick it up, it was $50 more. Asked if they could honor the quoted, they said no. Asst manger did lower the price by $10, but not keeping to the quote is a big mistake.
I get parts from this place all the time and never get disappointed. Associates great to talk to and also listens to what you have to say. Awesome place i never go to advance auto any more lol
