Before I share my experience I must say JR was very nice & listened to my concern. He was very apologetic. Took my 2005 Toyota Camry in for a state inspection. I was sent a text with a link for recommendations on car repairs & costs. Car would not pass inspection due to middle brake light not working. I was given an estimate of $250 labor to put light bulb in. They said it was expensive because the seat needed to come out to get to bulb. I declined & they gave me a rejection sticker. I came home & pulled it up on you tube & was able to change it myself in 10 minutes at a cost of $8.97 for 2 bulbs. The seat did not have to be removed. JR said he was not there the day I came in & said he had a new technician. Do your research before agreeing to pay for service work. I will give them another try because JR was horrified this had happened.

We had an issue that we have been trying to get solved for over a year. 4 Chevy dealers and 4 grand later we were advised to try JRs. Not only did they fix the older issues and some new ones, they were excellent with their communication to us.And gave us a loaner to use.
They were transparent with costs and there were no surprise charges.
Awesome experience!! My brother and I had never been to a mechanic due to the negative stigma but let me say this doesn’t apply to these people. I called and got in same day and problem was resolved very quickly and even after had a courtesy inspection! Great service will definitely be back!!
JR'S came highly recommended by everyone I have asked, and I have to say, they did not disappoint. They are professional, honest, and their workflow system is incredible. I love getting an organized and detailed summary with photos of my suggested repairs. They are also prompt with their appointment times and made me feel welcomed. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I love to go to J R's . I know I'm getting honest service from them . Everyone is friendly and polite. They know their business, they offer suggestions if they need to send you to someone who can help you and getting an appointment is always easy.

I brought 2 of my vehicles to Jrs for oil changes and inspections. Different days an times of the week. Easily rescheduled one due to my work schedule. Both times I was impressed with how fast and efficient the work was completed. The available service work each will need or needed was sent to me via a link and was detailed and priced. I didn't at all feel pressured to accept any service which was nice, just a heads up on what might need addressing in the future. I will be back to Jrs in the future for more service work.
The technician plug in a tire that was losing air pressure. He recommended to me it is time for new tires and alignment. Receptionist was very friendly.
JR and his crew provided timely and efficient service. After we paid, they found out that I was a vetran and gave me a refund for the Veterans discount that they provide. That integrity was a pleasant surprise, as we were from out of town. Thanks, JR!

They really took care of me and my son my son didn't feel well we were there for a while but they gave us food water and went above and beyond for us as I believe they'd do this for others to if recommend this shop to anyone!!!!!!!!! Very nice people!!!!
Professional and timely in getting my journey back on the road
I had never serviced this 2015 Dodge journey. So I was super nervous.
But everything worked out and for the work done.,reasonable charge.
Polite and knowledgeable staff. Went in for an inspection and found out I needed tires. Tires were available the next day with installation. Preventative maintenance tips offered. Make your appointment now, you won’t be disappointed.
Firstly, the shop and employees have been generally nice with a good attitude. Secondly, the prices are astronomical and crook-like. I took a vehicle into JRs for a 4 wheel alignment after installing lower and upper control arms on both sides at a different local shop, which did not have an alignment machine. The steering angle sensor dash light was also on after I had the LCAs and UCAs installed at a local shop. The alignment felt good while driving after JRs aligned the vehicle ($150.00). However, my steering angle sensor was on after the alignment was done. I checked back in with the shop after noticing the light was still on. The front desk informed me that to "diagnose" the light it would be $175. I took the vehicle back to the local shop who installed the lower control arms, and they cleared the code in 2 minutes with a obd computer- no charge. About 2 weeks later I get a bad squeak in my front suspension somewhere. I took the vehicle back to JRs to see if they could find the squeak. They did, saying that the squeak was a bushing on the LCA, and recommended a new lower control arm and another 4 wheel alignment. On a brand new lower control arm. Took about 35-40 minutes for them to check the squeak. Charged me $175.00 to find a squeak. I hope they enjoy that money, it's the last cent they get from me. Ever. Customer beware. For them to 'diagnose' anything for you they want to take almost 200 dollars out of your pocket.
JR’s Auto is the best. I would give them 10 stars if possible. I was stranded out of town and was recommended to tow my car to JR’s. From the time I notified them until my car was repaired, the service was EXCELLENT! The whole team (family oriented) is professional, polite, compassionate and all about satisfying the customer! JR took me on a test drive to help identify the problem. From his mechanical expertise, he knew exactly what was wrong. He also did a diagnostic test to assure it was safe to drive my car the 192 miles back home! I had a safe trip back with NO PROBLEMS! Thank you JR and family!
Great customer service! They are always helpful and timely with their work. State inspections, for example, they show any issues with your vehicle before completion and estimated costs. They do a great job!
First time using the shop. Have used a couple other ones in the area and I had to drop my vehicle off and basically bug them for updates. Not with JR auto! They called me to tell me the dealership sent the wrong part and that they were overnighting the part. And then I received the text next day to tell me my car was ready to be picked up. Their customer service skills are outstanding! So are their automotive skills! Once they received the correct part they fixed it and returned my vehicle to me in a timely manner! I would highly recommend them and plan on using them for all my automobile needs.
They are horrible people. They were trying to scam us and saying all our fluids were bad especially the transmission fluid being dark, meaning black. That would mean my transmission is bad, and it is fine. All my fluids are fine. I will never go back there and I was only there for an inspection. Y’all can show pictures all you want, but that don’t prove nothing. You can’t prove it came from my car. There is nothing wrong with my car. I went home and all the fluids were normal colors. I trust Jiffy more.
