Called about an older vehicle I saw on Facebook. Tim gave me a very accurate description of mechanical and cosmetics. I drove 4.5 hours and found the vehicle exactly as described and purchased it. I noticed tires had great tread but some dry rot. No problem I intended to replace anyway. 100 miles from home a tire blew out.
I called Tim the following Monday on a different matter and just happened to mention it. He said he would mention it to the owner. When I received the title in the mail there was a check for the tire.
I didn’t ask for it or expect it but they truly go the extra step for their customers. Highly recommend!!
I cannot recommend Riverside auto enough! Tim was helpful, honest, and made the whole process painless. We bought our van and there was an issue with the transmission, Tim didn’t hesitate to make it right. We will use Riverside auto for our future vehicle purchases.
