Young lady by the name of Sam. I'm guessing her real name is Samantha, amazing wealth of knowledge and auto parts.

Got a battery for my granddaughter. They put it in for her that was really nice.

Alot of the team members do not have much knowledge in regards to vehicles and parts. They have ordered and I have bought the wrong part multiple times so make sure u know what the actual part name is and what it looks exactly like so you know u gave right part when u puck it up, if not you best be expecting multiple trips back to store to change out the part!!

Advance lost all respect from me when their lifetime warranty changed to 1 time replacement. Look on rockauto.com if you want better parts for half the price.

Unless you know what your go for dont expect help only a couple people actually know cars and or car parts.. went in to get clamp for my bed cover on my truck had one to show what i nedded this guyntrys saling me a C-clamp it looks like c-clamp but its not i needed something made for truck bedcover not C-clamp

Great service and parts and stuff is rarely ever out of stock and if so can usually have it for u by the next day

Their always around to help out when they can took the car in due to a light being on and they did not change anything to tell us what was wrong

The people don't know what there doing they give you the wrong parts about 99% of the time and Auto Zone is cheaper.
