They put a rejection sticker on my vehicle gave me a list of things to change to it to. Went to another location and it passed inspection.
Waste of time and money
Took my jeep in for engine replacement got it back with no ac when it worked great before. Took it back paid 80 dollars for them to fill it up with freon that it already had just to not have air a week later
Hands down best auto shop I have ever worked with. I have had Verona Car Care do work for me several times now and every single time their work is on point and they are always friendly. Prices are very fair and they don’t try to upsell you on anything you don’t need. I can’t say enough good things about Verona Car Care.
My car had to be towed, all the electronics went out & the emergency brake was stuck. Gary took his time and was so very careful with it. I am very impressed and highly recommend them!!
An honest and knowledgeable mechanic! He fixed 2 issues that I've been trying to get fixed for 3 years. 3 other mechanics and thousands of dollars later and Verona car Care knocked both issues out in one visit for less money. They gained a loyal customer.
great staff, super knowledgeable, parking lot is rough and tight and way to many vehicles, but it's worth the struggle once you get the service. just very honest, genuine, great people
Driving back to North Carolina from New York when my transmission was acting up. Pulled into a hotel where I saw their truck dropping a car off. Spoke with the drive to for some info. These guys were very helpful and ended up getting them to tow my car to the transmission shop. Friendly, helpful and price for the tow was pretty good. I would recommend them for sure
In my opinion, Terry and his crew operate the best shop in the entire county and beyond. Very professional, skilled, friendly and the prices for service are very fair. Most importantly, they show concern for your problems and want to help the best they possibly can.
It's also a speedy inspection station. They've never denied me inspection on a walk-in, tho I'm sure it's necessary sometimes, when busy. Most huff and puff about it and schedule another time or date, make you feel like an inconvenience. Not here!
I also appreciate that they often answer the business line at night/when they're closed- I've discovered while trying to leave voicemails. I didn't intend to bother, hope it's not also a home phone...but still appreciate it.

I don't even live in Virginia anymore, and I have a vehicle in their shop right now. Based on all of my experiences, I literally trust nobody else to handle my mechanic work.

Amazing people, definitely above and beyond service. I had a accident the exit next to their shop and they took care of the towing, they looked at the car, and hooked us up with a car rental. Not that, they took us there to the car rental.
Honest inspection, work, and fair prices. They take their time to explain what’s being done, answer questions and even alert us of other possible issues and recommend where we could get the work done if they are not able to. Will definitely be a returning customer!

I've been with them for a long long time. They have always been honest and fair with me. When I have needed them the most Terry and Chad have always tried their best to help. The crew treated me extremely well.. Helpful, Short wait time, would give 5 stars but the parking could be a problem for some drivers. Many vehicles to try to get around when pulling up to the garage.. I had no problem, but I could see this being a problem.. Don't let that stop you from going to them, excellent people to deal with.

Incredible service! I came in from out of town and they were the only mechanic open on Saturday in the area. They pulled our car in on the spot and troubleshooted right there. They found the problem quickly and told me they had to get the part Monday. They said 2-3 days for repairs, but our car was ready that Monday afternoon. They made my family a priority and we so appreciated it. Super kind and honest people. Thanks Gary, Terry, and the rest of the crew! I’d recommend to anyone!
My family is so grateful for how courteous and helpful they were. We were traveling from Pa back to Florida with 2 dogs and had an AC problem. They were very busy but fit us in. The AC charge saved the day. These folks are first class. Thank you Verona Car Care

We’re so pleased with this business. We switched to Verona Car Care about six months ago after our long-time mechanics retired and closed up shop. We drive Japanese imports and love them. Our old mechanics were top-notch and I worried we would struggle to find someone as good. Our old guys set a high bar, but Verona Car Care measures up 100%!
I called today with an urgent radiator leak in my husband’s car. He works out of it every day and this car is far better for his work than our 3rd vehicle, a truck. I explained the situation and Verona Car Care bent over backwards to put in a new radiator and had the car fixed by end of business. These guys are amazing and really good, honest people!
Started going here for any repairs I cant do on my own. Have never had a problem with them and repairs are always done quickly. Service here has always seemed better than other shops in the area. Have always been happy with pricing. Have typically seen them priced better than many of the surrounding shops.
Gary and other guys have been always helpful! Very honest people! I have been taking my car to the shop since 2015 and no problem! They could have taken advantage of me because I am a woman plus I am deaf too. So grateful for them.
These guys are great. I'm from Florida and I broke a serpentine belt going down the highway in Virginia. The tow truck took me to Verona. These guys fixed me up and had me back on the road in a few hours like nothing happened. Reasonable prices and the guy running the place was very nice. Thanks for saving my trip!
Very great people and friendly. They explained everything to me when I called, and they try to get your car ready as soon as possible. They are very reasonable with their prices and their towing prices too.
Fantastic place. They took my car in on very short notice, explained everything to me, and worked on it until they had solutions for all my problems. No overcharging, no junk. Just great, straight service. Cannot say enough positive things about this shop.
