We had such a great experience with Hinkles Towing. Pickup was timely. Being from out of town, it was particularly helpful that the driver was so familiar with the area. He showed us where the service drop box was for the dealership we wanted to go to, and even gave us a lift to a nearby Applebees! Could not be more happy with our experience.
Hinkles helped my wife and I get her car out of a snow mound and I couldn't be more grateful. We tried calling AAA first, but because the car was stuck just outside of our driveway, they wouldn't come as it wasn't an emergency. We were looking for a tow truck to help get the car back on the road and we ended up calling Hinkles. They were really professional and the price was more than fair. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that has a towing need.
My dad and I ended up in a pinch, with keys locked inside of my vehicle. We were stranded in the cold. I called Danny and without hesitation, he drove out in the woods to rescue us. Talk about someone saving you! Danny will be the first person I call when I need anything near Verona.
I had the best experience with Hinkle Towing. Due to the crazy weather recently. My car was stuck down in the dip of our yard and it wouldn’t move due to the ice surrounding it. So I called Hinkles Towing and asked if they could come pull me up out my yard. Danny was amazing to deal with. They came out, pulled the car out with no issues and we were all on our way. I have used several different towing companies in the past but none have ever been as wonderful to deal with as Hinkles. I would recommend them to anybody and the next time I need a tow they will definitely be the company I call. Thanks!

They were quick to respond and easy to work with. It was priced fairly and the driver even gave me a small discount since it was my first time calling and I was dealing with an essentially totaled car. He also made a couple recommendations for different mechanics that could give me a better deal than the Firestone where my car was being towed from. Very kind guys, I definitely recommend!
We are so grateful for the amazing service! My parents were camping up in the mountains when my dad got locked out of their vehicle. The tow truck driver was incredibly friendly, arrived quickly, and went above and beyond to help them out. They were also very fair with the price — it was less than we expected for such a remote location. Truly great service and people you can count on. Highly recommend!
Fantastic customer service from start to finish. From the owner personally making sure my roadside assistance followed through to making sure he personally called me back to make sure I knew someone was coming. My tow truck driver Kaylob was fantastic as well. Wonderful towing company!
The best towing company in my opinion, they came to help so fast with no issues or complaints. Reasonable pricing had to be towed from Staunton to dooms and it was decent priced. PLEASE call hinkle’s towing if you need to be towed!

The best experience ever! I called Hinkle's because my car was stuck in the snow and ice. They arrived in 20 minutes, pulled my car out in a matter of a few minutes. They are honest, kind, compassionate. Their fees are very reasonable. You will not be disappointed!

I had the most wonderful experience with Danny at Hinkles Towing! I was stuck in an iced-in parking spot on the street, and I called Hinkles for rescue. Danny was there so quickly and he so kindly shoveled me out, charging me only a service fee! The entire interaction was so friendly and warm. 10/10 would recommend!
Him and his daughter were so good to me and my family, they were very nice and generous of our situation and they 100% went above and beyond then what they had to. I’d refer them to anybody any day.
I was extremely pleased with this service. He showed up quickly and had to figure out how to get my car out of an inconvenient spot when it was unable to steer. He was fast and friendly and very reasonable with his price. I won’t use anyone else and will be recommending him to all my friends and family.

Great service and very fast. My car died on a Sunday afternoon and Caleb came and picked me up and towed me to a mechanic. He arrived in under thirty minutes! Their prices are very fair and Caleb was very helpful. Highly recommended.
