Great company. Good guys. Reliable, quick response, affordable. They towed my car after midnight to their garage and to repair my rear brakes--pads, rotors and calipers at an unbelievable price and within a reasonable time frame!!
Terrible unethical business. I was overcharged for my tow. No reimbursement. 3.5 miles tow and was overcharged 3.5x. As soon as I asked the dispatcher why they over charged me she immediately hung up and ignored the rest of my calls. Terrible business. Thieves. Avoid this business at all costs. Of all days, my car deadlined on a rainy Sunday past 5pm and on Fathers Day! Assad came thru clutch and hooked me up with a great price and speedy service. They even picked me and dropped me off, no charge. Jason hooked my car up and I was driving the next day. Welcome to my quick tutorial on how not to be gouged by a predatory towing service.
1. Before agreeing to their service ask for an estimate brake down that includes hook-up fee ($75-125). Cost per mile ($4-7/mi). And any other expenses incurred by your situation. (e.g. tow dolly costs ~+$45 for AWD vehicles) All of these are reasonable.
2. If they refuse to provide this estimate move on. There are many other options in the DMV area who would be happy to have your business.
My personal experience with Rhino was good mostly due to the fact that Jason, the driver, responded quickly and professionally to my tow request. He was extremely friendly and did a great job on my short tow (he deserves 5 stars!)
I paid $400 for an 11 mile tow from VA to DC - don't be like me and be sure to ask for a quote before you agree to service. There are reasonable charges for a service and people who are trying to take advantage of you.

Our car shut off randomly recently in early Jan and was making weird sounds so me & my wife were worried and called the nearest towing service people. It was Sunday and post 5 pm, yet someone came really quickly .
[ SHOUTOUT to Jason ] who helped us out even on his day off and explained the issue causing it to the best of his knowledge and got us out of a bind without letting us even know he was going out of his way to help us.

Great experience with Rhino’s Wrecker Services. My Tesla Model Y picked up a nail in the front passenger tire on 495, and the air was leaking out fast. We pulled over and called Rhino’s, and they sent Jason to help us. He called right away to confirm our location and showed up in less than 20 minutes. Really appreciated how quickly they got to us and how easy they made the whole process. Highly recommend them if you’re in a bind.
Asad was incredible through all the issues I had dealing with horrible insurance; the people at Rhino’s were advocates for me getting the help I needed, they were fully transparent and very professional with how they did business. I never do reviews, but they went the extra mile to take care of the jobs I needed and I can’t see myself using any other tow business in the future. They picked me up in under 15 minutes from the middle of the parkway at 11pm, kept in contact throughout insurance claim processing, and were so kind and understanding through the mess we endured with USAA. Highly recommend, great guys over there.

So I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel compelled to write one on this business because I am blown away at how helpful and efficient Rhino towing is! My car died in my parking garage and after getting the runaround from AAA about four times, I decided to take matters into my own hands and call a different towing company. Rhino was the first towing company that came up on Google when I typed in “towing company Alexandria”, so I called and described my situation and that I needed a low clearance tow truck and I was told no problem for any of it and they would have someone out in 30 mins. Unlike AAA, they came out when they said they would, got my car out of the garage, and parallel parked it on the street so that AAA could just come and get it and haul it over to my parents house. All in all took about 10 minutes and incredibly painless. I’m glad I found them in case I need help again in the future, and they were extremely professional and so easy to work with!!
Was heading into Ronald Reagan Airport to pick up a friend when the entrance to the parking garage decided to take my exhaust and late at night as well. Okay, I just hit a huge piece of metal in my car merging onto 495 from Braddock Road in Burke. It slashed my back left tire and I had to pull over in the worst spot on the entire Beltway. Gallantly, Hector from Rhinos Wrecker Service appeared! To the rescue, literally! He bravely maneuvered his tow truck into position and scooped me up and took me to safety. The vehicle was towed without any problems at all. The driver Jason was there in no time to assist with getting the vehicle there with no issues and in a timely manner. Upon our getting to the lot after the vehicle was towed. We had met with the tow driver who also had water for my pregnant daughter. The manager Tony was also very helpful in assisting us with our needs regarding the vehicle. No one wants to deal with more problems after being in an accident. While this business was quick in their response and sent someone out in a timely manner, they were going to charge $325 to tow my vehicle to a shop 7 miles away. It’s less than half that price to just call AAA and sign up for a membership and get the vehicle towed with them. No hate to the driver, who was very polite and professional, but that cost was ridiculous.

Great service, and fast! Called them after AAA had canceled my tow at 11pm on a Wednesday night, stranded in a parking lot. Rhinos had a truck to me in less than 30 minutes. The tech tried a few things to get the car to start but no luck, so he towed the car to a local dealer.
I used Rhinos Wrecker Service tonight when my car unexpectedly broke down. My tow truck driver, Hector, showed up in 10 minutes and was very polite and professional. They take many different types of credit card, and even brought my car straight to my home. It was a great service for a great price, I would definitely use them again!
These folks are the best! My daughter was stranded in Alexandria and I, her father, was 8 hours away. Her phone was dying so I called and they quickly answered. The helpful dispatcher assured me they knew exactly where she was and would be there in 20 minutes. The quickly rescued her and towed her car to the dealer. Mind you, this was after 3 failed AT&T Roadside assistance calls. She had been there for hours, it was getting dark and we were starting to worry. So we bailed on AT&T and called Rhino and they had her safe in no time. THANK YOU! The cost was pretty reasonable considering the response time!!

Rhinos saved the day! I waited almost four hours for my insurance company to coordinate the wrong towing service for my disabled vehicle. I called Rhinos directly and they sent a flatbed over in less than half an hour. Devon was so thoughtful and communicative, calling before he arrived to be sure he didn't miss where I was located. He then called when he dropped the vehicle off at the dealership and confirmed the information was relayed to the service team. Ultimately, was the towing service more expensive than something contracted via insurance? Yes. Did I get better service for the money? Absolutely. If I ever need towing services again and Rhinos can respond, they will be my first call.
