Unfortunately I had an issue where my car key broke off and would no longer start the car. Called Navy Towing to get it back to my apartment complex and the experience was excellent. I found myself stranded with an overheating engine (coolant leak) on Saturday night, and these guys were absolute lifesavers. When I called, they said they could be there within 45 minutes and actually arrived a few minutes sooner! The driver was professional, friendly, and got me sorted out quickly without any hassle as we towed my car to the dealership for service.
What really impressed me was their fair pricing - no outrageous weekend surcharges or hidden fees like some other places try to pull. They quoted me a reasonable price upfront and stuck to it. Earlier I’d called another tow company but their price seemed a bit too high. It’s rare to find a company that combines fast service with honest pricing, especially for emergency calls.
I hope I don’t need a tow truck again anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll definitely be calling these guys first. Highly recommend keeping their number in your phone - you never know when you might need reliable help in Northern Virginia!
