No contents are safe. Alex and cliff were not helpful in service. Upon difficulty(to defense fully responsible for vehicle being towed) would not allow me to retrieve contents until it was “donated” by them to auction. Majority of contents were ransacked
Disappointing experience with terrible service
They claim that they were not even open yesterday due to the snow. However, they are towing vehicles across the city, seemingly with the intent of charging owners an additional $50–$100 for each day of storage.
This practice is highly unprofessional. A business operating in this manner is unlikely to succeed in the long run. It is advisable to avoid this company.
My car was towed for illegal parking, and that’s okay. But I arrived at 4:15 PM, and you were closed. By law and the state of Virginia, you are supposed to be open until 5:00 PM. Now I have to come back tomorrow, and I am not going to pay extra for another day. It’s not my fault that you closed early. If you don’t agree, I will take legal action against you for emotional distress and overpayment.

A negative star review would be appropriate here. I was taken aback by the profound lack of professionalism exhibited by the employee Eric. He raised his voice at us several times for absolutely no reason. He was completely ignorant of the policies shared by the collections office with the impound lot. He was not only severely unhelpful but also incredibly rude for the entire visit. I understand that Eric likely has to work with a lot of difficult customers, but the level of incompetence and irritation displayed by someone who works as a customer service representative is unacceptable. I would not hire him to scrape the remains of dead animals off of the side of the highway let alone interact with other human beings. -10/10 experience.
Very accommodating and nice people! They were very nice and helped me a lot getting my wife’s car back; I was worried initially but the process went very smooth thanks to the manager Alex and other officers working there!
The supervisor is rude and does not even try to do his job fully he will say one thing one week and the next will be something different my car got stolen and on top of that i still have to pay to get my car out ?? Where in the world is this legal ?
The Supervisor here is rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful. Also he has failed to educate the employees on proper procedures to release vehicles which has caused me multiple trips for no reason other than misinformation. I hope they fire the current light skinned rude dat supervisor and get someone who acts like the civil servant they are. I pay too much taxes for someone to make this already difficult process worse.
