Predatory towing practices. You’re better off calling the police to deal with these people. They upcharge and will scam you, especially if they think you don’t know better. If you can, avoid this company at all costs
Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I waited 5 hours. The first person didn’t have the right tow (i needed a flat bed) the second person they sent claimed they didn’t see the car when the car was still there (i was looking right at it) and finally 5 hours later after 20 calls and lies being told they were on their way. All to then be told they cancelled the tow because they didn’t have a flat bed. I’m lost how the second driver claimed to have a flat bed but couldn’t find the car then turned into them supposedly not having a flat bed…. Even if that was the case you knew for hours you didnt have a flat bed why not just say that so other arrangements could be made. Waited 5 hours and put me on hold then they hung up the phone. Horrible experience. Step it up this was very unprofessional.
I just can’t thank them enough for save my life/night last night. My car broke down on the middle of the night right on the 395 highway, they were the only company that answered at that time and it took them no more than 20 min to come get me. Their customer service is incredible and from now on this is the only tow truck company I would ever call/recommend even if I’m out of state.
I just had the best most professional towing service ever! Basically, I need a quick towing to a nearby parking lot due to construction. I couldn't get behind the wheel either. Omar arrived literally in less than 20 minutes of me callingthe company. His service was prompt. No problems with towing! He even parked my car perfectly in a crowded lot on the jack thingy! This tow company is extremely unprofessional. I have been waiting for a tow truck for over 2 hours with no update. I called once and they said an hour. After over an hour with no tow truck, both myself and my insurance company tried calling and no one answers the phone. Totally unacceptable. I do not recommend.

Started of fine and I was understanding with the rain and their dolly having a flat tire. However, the blatant disregard for clarification on delay of initial pick up and duration of the drop off.
I requested a pick up at 1:30pm which got pushed to 4 pretty much due to 1st dolly or tow truck tire issue. Understandably so things happen so I was okay with it. At around 4:15pm they said they would be on the way to drop location 45min with rain and traffic it would be around an hour I assumed. I left work around 430pm and drove from MD to the location in VA that the drop location at around 6pm was at upon arrival no car.
So I had to call for a follow up. Was told they had another tire issue with their vehicle. I said I understood but turns out it was two tires not one and they needed to get another one of their trucks. I was understanding of the delay and difficulty of trying to change the dolly and cars out on the highway but I kept being told 20mins that would turn into an hour. Eventually after the back and forth of follow ups on my end. I was told Oscar (the owner) is on his way. He ended up not arriving until 9:44pm and no apologies or anything was said the car was dropped of partially in the spot overall just a terrible experience. I hope it was just an off day but for $295. I would expect a little more customer service and communication without pulling teeth and nail.
Such a great, easy experience with this company! Towing companies get a bad rap but this company was super responsive and kind. The owner was very helpful and so cool! If I’m ever in a bind, this is the company I will be calling! Thank you!!!!

Today my car died in the middle of the road and the police’s tow truck and a personal tow trucking friend were taking a long time. Omar was at the right place at the right time he took my car to Woodbridge for a great price! I’m so thankful. The service was great and friendly.
I would like to share the experience that i have with metro moto towing it was a mis understanding because of the insurance but omar is amazing he walked me tru and helped deals with insurance company he towing my car and he was very responsible I really appreciate everything that you very much if you ever need a towing or body shop I recommend metro motor towing
Omar and his team helped out tremendously! My Range Rover needed a flat bed due to the air suspension and he made sure I got one. He also was on site to make sure everything was smooth with the loading. Jorge the truck operate was awesome as well. I recommend these guys anytime you need road side assistance.
10/10 experience! My estimated wait time at over an hour, but the tower truck driver arrived a little under 30mins. Once he arrived, he was professional and provided updates once he dropped my car off at the mechanic. My vehicle was treated with care. Thanks again Metro Motors for the outstanding customer service.
Hands down one of the best customer service companies also their staff is very helpful!! My car broke down twice and i called them the second time because of how quick they came the first time and how good they treated my car!! Definitely recommend them for your car services!
