Looking for this place almost costed me my life the address is not right it threw me somewhere left me wondering where this place location was terrible Not recomend.
I came in today for an axle and David was quick to help. He asked all the right questions to make sure I was getting the correct part for the car. His customer service was on a high level and I was pleased with his service. Thanks again David.
Once Napa bought this company the company when to drain . The used to have all kind of part and the employees cared . Now they are in hourly pay instead of commission . The told me flat out the don't care .
I have a 2001 Lexus GS430 and this is the go to place to get all of my parts. I never get anything from the Lexus dealership because they're overpriced.
The fastest talking man in the building and he the handsome side of me. I won't deal with no one else if you are there. I talk fast we debate all the time on who talks the fastest. I ordered a car part to pick up at the store, however in the email that was sent to me wasn't clear if I could pick it up at the store or maybe I accidentally clicked to have it shipped to my house. I had a transaction number, so when I called I explained my situation and was told they couldn't look up the information. I didn't know the name of the part, because I myself didn't place the order.
Once I got the name of the part, I called again and spoke to a second person and they didn't help at all and the call was disconnected.
I called a third tim, and spoke to a gentleman named Paul McNeely. I just gave him the part name and the model of the car and he immediately saw my information and said the parts were there. Didn't even take a minute. I went to pick it up and he had everything ready for me.
I appreciate his help and being on his "A game"
Very helpful on the phone, 99 percent of the time they have the part for my car, Alex was super at customer service with a smile, gave lots of information, prices$$$ reasonable, reasonable return policy, close to home!
I came this morning to Olympus in Alexandria, VA. I needed the a part for my car, they said it is not currently and they would order for me once I pay. I paid them the price for the part and they gave me 2 hours window, however it's been all day, I never got my part. They are very unprofessional and they didn't give a damm a out your time. I would not recommend anyone to visit. There are other parts stores in the city, visit there if you want your time to be saved. They don't deserve any star!!!
Always helpful staff here and if they don't carry the part that you need, they tell you where you can get it!! Replaced many parts for our Saab!! Never a long wait, always a very friendly staff to help you find whatever parts you might need!!
They charge me twice for the same product and couldn't figure out how to return my money back
It’s been almost a month they couldn’t even find the transaction
If no problem happen they seems good if something went bad god help you then
Just because they can’t fix the mistake they made I have to despute the transaction and wait more than three weeks
And going though all that process just because I choose to make business with them
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It's the best place to find parts for Japanese cars (perhaps others too). Other places would have to ship you the parts but they have it in stock.
Called to see if they had a part and can have it ready for pick up. They said the part would be there. When I got there I had to tell them what part I needed and it took them 30 minutes to bring it out for me.
100% satisfied technicians are knowledgeable I like a lot of older cars and you guys always have to the parts I need you guys have my business for now on and I live in southern Maryland I'll make the trip thanks
Horrible experience, I've been going to Olympus for years and have never been treated like this. The guy at the front was disrespectful and didn't care for customer service.
