Very poor experience. I was referred by my Dentist for evaluation/root canal. I came in to get consult before any work was done. I waited 40 minutes to see Dr. Rivera. It took almost as long to get few X-rays of my teeth. Only to be told I have to get CT and per problem area it was $200. Which was me was 400$ out of pocket before I was even able to see Dr. Rivera. When I refused, she came in very abruptly took no more than 1 min to check my problem areas only to tell me that she can’t do anything unless I get CT scan 1st. Interesting enough my general dentist was able to tell me more about my teeth than her expertise. Also despite referral and my insurance confirmation , I was told I have to pay full amount for eval. Which in turn was front office mistake as they didn’t verify my insurance properly. You would think they would call me and correct their mistake!? No. So unhappy with their unprofessional customer service and bedside manners. By the way 3d CT scan that I was quoted $200 per tooth, for my other endodontist clinic I was quoted 240 for whole MOUTH. As I expected they are rip off. I wouldn’t recommend them . I make reviews very sparingly mostly when service is wonderful but this is way below the standard for endodontist clinic like this one. Do better.
Got a root canal here and did not have a great experience. After the root canal, I’ve had pain and sensitivity for two years, went to multiple follow up appointments where no issue was identified. Decided to go to a new endodontist who immediately identified an infection and missed nerve endings through a CT scan. Extremely frustrated that the original endodontist failed to remove all nerve endings, and then also failed to clearly diagnose the reason for my lingering pain.
If you have to get a root canal, let it be here! I’m always so impressed by the professionalism and bedside manner of the staff. I’ve had 3 root canals done with Dr. Rivera and she is so patient and kind, always checking in to make sure you’re comfortable. Further, there is no obscurity in the treatment plan—the transparency of medical professionals is something I really value. Dr. Rivera talks through everything with you before beginning the procedure.
Dr. Rivera and team helped to salvage a prior root canal that was infected for almost a year. I’m impressed because the infection seemed to be spreading to the roof of my mouth and the prognosis seemed bleak. Thank you so much!
My dentist referred me to this practice and I’m so glad she did. Dr. Rivera was terrific. Following a short diagnosis she squeezed me in for a root canal same day. The procedure was painless and I left feeling much better. Dr Rivera and her assistant checked in on me throughout the process ensuring that I was comfortable.
I saw Dr. Lee for an apiodectomy. My tooth pain coming in to see her was honestly some of the most miserable pain I’ve experienced. I was quite nervous for the procedure, shedding a few tears but she was so understanding and so was her amazing staff. The office was great too. Always on time they never ran late for any visit. Follow up went perfectly and she saved my tooth and saved me from alot of pain. I highly recommend Dr. Lee.
I called Dr Meza’s office today right before they were closing. It was an emergency because my daughter is in severe pain and needs an emergency root canal. Dora, the sweetest, most helpful and kind person answered the phone (this was like minutes before they closed) and went to work helping me find a time that would work. She was so patient as she entered in the new patient info etc. I wish more people in health care administration positions could be like Dora. It’s rare when you ‘get’ someone like her. Thank you!!
This was the single most worst experience of my life. Got a root canal this week and the dentist did not listen when I told them beforehand that I always need more anesthesia than normal and it wears off faster due to my metabolism. They didn't listen and I felt every single awful, haunting movement and sound around the nerves. I would've honestly preferred to just get an extraction. I can't believe I had to endure what turned into such barbaric practice. Never again.
Dr. Lee is fantastic. Her explanations were thorough and put me at ease. Hopefully none of my other teeth need endodontics, but if they do I would feel comfortable returning to this practice.
Dr. Lee is amazing. She did excellent work on my teeth and in my follow-up appointment she explained very clearly and thoroughly what was going on. Highly recommend!

Dr. Meza did two root canals for me this week, 3 days apart. I appreciated that he made both procedures pain free, even when I needed extra novocaine. His staff are so nice and will help get you in for a quick appointment. His office is clean, comfortable & convenient to where I live , I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him if you need a root canal.
As a general dentist in the area, when I need dental work done I only go to the best ! I have a fractured tooth and needed a root canal in order to get out of pain. I saw Dr Lee for this procedure and it was quick and painless! Her assistant, Vicky, was awesome and they explained everything very thoroughly to me and followed up the next day. Thank you Dr Lee for doing such great work!
Dr. Meza is FANTASTIC! I’ve had so much work done on my teeth since I was a child and nobody has cared so much about my comfort as he did for my root canal. The receptionist and assistants are also exceptional. Highly recommend!!
Dr. Meza and Vicky(ie?) took EXCELLENT care of me for my first root canal!!! I have twisted roots, my tooth is extremely long and in a hard to reach position, I needed a CT scan, and this was a 2-part procedure scheduled over two weeks. They asked me if I was okay over and over again during each visit (about 3.5-4 hrs total).
Dr. Lee is honestly the best. I've had pain in my mouth for years, she fixed it. I've seen other specialist but none like her. She is very patient and understanding. The other office staff are very good as well.
