I have experienced the DMV's of 5 other states, and now Virginia. I have never been to a DMV as awful as Virginia's; I went no fewer than 6 times, each time they told me I needed something else. Something I wasn't told about the time before. And that doesn't even begin to get into how rudely you are spoken to, and how you are shooed away for apparently wasting their time. Additionally, they refused to respect the Power of Attorney I signed for my spouse for when I was away, forcing her to be without a car for nearly a year while I was overseas.
All that to say, NTR Enterprise was the exact opposite. They told me what I needed to bring up front. They actually treated me with respect. And probably most importantly, they actually answered my questions when I had them, rather than speaking to me like an idiot for not knowing every little detail.
I only had to go to them twice. Once to give them all the documents they needed, and then return the next day to pick up the plates for my vehicle. I could have picked them up the same day, but it was more convenient for me to return the next day. Additionally, that next day was outside of their normal hours, but Vanessa was still willing to come in that day anyway.

I came to Vanessa's office on a Saturday after she had closed for the day. I called her number on the door because I thought she was still open and she explained to me that she she only works hours by appointment only on Saturdays. She could've stopped there and said I'm sorry, but I won't be available until Monday. However I had an emergency where I needed to get a temporary driving permit and the DMV was closed already. She came back to the office. She helped me out. She explained and answered my questions and also walked me through the process of what to expect after I had bought a car with a rebuilt title. She encouraged me to validate her information against what the DMV would say, and I found it to be true after doing my own research. This is a kind of business you wanna work with because Vanessa could have easily said I'm sorry, but I can't help you and draw the line there, but no, she went out of her way to come back to help me in my emergency situation and demonstrated empathy and that she highly values trust in her business relationships. That is how you win customers,get more referrals, and build a solid business foundation. If you have any issues with your license plates titles or other issues related to DMV with your car, Vanessa and her business is where you want to go to get help for these things. I highly recommend!
