My newly purchased vehicle was damaged in the parking garage at my shop, I asked my regular mechanic if he knew of a good body repair he then referred me to Euro Auto shop and ask for Linton, great choice and a great top notch job was done. Linton was very helpful courteous throughout the process, I would highly recommend him and the company any day!
I wish you could give 6 stars! Linton and his team were able to fix damage from a moving truck running into my parked vehicle. The front bumper needed to be replaced, the passenger fender and inner parts to the wheel well were all damaged. As well as the turning indicator lights. Not only did his team fix and paint (with perfect color matching BTW) the car - they did it in just a few days! Yes, days. The work was great, and Linton was in communication with me the entire time. There is a 0% change you can tell there was damage, let alone as mush as there was! The repair was flawless. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Don’t go here !!! They quote you one price , make you drive there and then hike prices up. This place is predatory and only is concerned about getting as much as possible from your insurance company. They name their company “European” body shop but you won’t find one German car in the place. If you have a expensive car stay clear from here.
I called Wayne and he let me know when I could bring my car in later that day. I’ve had not great experiences with trying to get my car fixed and he made this easy and comfortable! Really really grateful for his help. He took a look at the situation and got right to work, an hour later I was driving out with exactly what I needed. He charged me more than a fair price, highly recommend!!

Someone hit my car while it was parked on the street, damaging the front bumper, headlight assembly, and wheel arch. I took it to European Auto Body in Alexandria and it was the best auto body repair experience I have ever had. Linton took care of me from start to finish, and he was incredibly professional, friendly, and responsive. He also did the highest quality work and returned the car on time, for a fair price, and looking better than when it rolled off the dealer's lot after he kindly thoroughly cleaned the car after the work was finished. Linton also saved me an enormous amount of money of by suggesting a total fix for a broken plastic tab rather than ordering a new, very expensive part. Linton is a complete star! Tom who also works at this shop was also a pleasure to deal with. You can't go wrong going to European Auto Body and I highly, highly recommend it.
Do not trust the others reviews, they may be paid. I trusted them after my car got stolen. They took it to a regular car washed the first time and they gave me back the car with blankets and pillows that belonged to the homeless that were using my car to sleep. They claim they didn't know it was stolen and I took it there again. What they did? Instead calling cleaning professionals, they did it by themselves this time. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE, THEY WILL TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR.
I own a 2006 BMW 330CI with Imola Red paint. I needed some cosmetic body work done and was amazed that they matched the color perfectly.

I had some body work done, that included the removal and reconditioning of my front bumper, as well as the repair of some scratches on one of the passenger side doors. Excellent Body Shop. Researched a good body shop in the area and found European Auto Body. I had two dings in the rear left and right fender of my red KIA Sportage. It looked bad and unkept so I needed to get it fixed after looking at it for nearly 2 years, I did not want to look at the damaged areas any more. Tom and Vincent took great care of me, a great price, and an excellent piece of mind job, looks like new. Tom told me 3 business days and they were on time, the car was ready after 3 business days. I can highly recommend European Auto Body...they deserve the praise!
My vehicle had minor damage and the rear passenger side needed to have body work done and repainted. Found scratches on vehicle after leaving supermarket. Searched for Auto body Repair, and European had five stars with great reviews. Made a visit for estimate and vehicle was repaired on the spot, at no charge, but insisted I cover him for his time! Great gentleman, (Wayne) and world class service! Highly recommended!
If there were a 10 star option then that is what I would rate European Auto Body! High quality, precise, professional and timely. I brought my 2018 330i in for paint repair to the rear passenger side fender, in two days the work was complete and my car looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor! Linton, I cannot thank you and your highly skilled team enough! The prices are very affordable for this area and the work is incredible. You can trust that your car is in good hands if you bring it to European Auto Body for body work or paint.

My 2007 Jeep was in excellent condition inside and out until one day about 3 months ago when it began to leak rain into the passenger’s side floorboard. The carpet has been pulled several times by several different auto repair facilities (including a dealership); the diagnoses and repairs have been wrong; and the constant water corroded the wiring harness to the right side windows, then broke and must be replaced once the leak has been plugged (the harness has been discontinued, but luckily I found the only one available in the US!). So far the combined costs were more than $500. I was at my wits end because no one could find the problem and fix it, and this year is one of the top 5 wettest years for the past 150 years in our area! Then a miracle happened! I was introduced to European Auto Body in Alexandria, and the owner/manager, Linton, promised he would do everything he could to find and fix the problem. Later that afternoon he called. They had discovered the leak. The caulking around the bottom of the windshield was dried out, cracked and broken off, so when it rained it leaked into the cabin. They had to take off the windshield wipers and housing and other parts to repair it. The next miracle is they had the car ready to go the next day. The final miracle was the cost? $150.00! One of the previous diagnostic charges was $185--no fix, just a "wrong" guess as to the problem. Even though they work on the cars for many wealthy Old Town residents, they swept me away with the minimal charge for this repair. I can't say enough great things about Linton and his crew at European Auto Body. If you’re reading this, you probably need an auto body shop. Be sure and tell Linton that Lee recommended them!

I highly recommend this place. The work done was exceptional and better yet, they are willing to do all types of collision damage regardless of how minor or major. And, at a cost that is very affordable and quick. If you have some collision damage on an older vehicle that you need fixed up I would check this place out first. When I went to some of the local higher end body shops - all they told me was they didn't even want to fix my car because they would rather spend their time "fixing up Porsches and BMW's" - probably so they can bill insurance companies mega $$$!
I had a collision repair done here. Insurance had considered the car a total loss, but I was able to get it fixed here and you'd never know it had been in an accident. They did a great job, and had the whole thing done in under a week - much faster than I was anticipating. Plus, the price was great. They were really nice, helpful, and responsive. Definitely recommend!
I’ve used European Auto Body for my cars several times and have been more than pleased with the timeliness, the quality of work, and the price. This shop does excellent work and it’s obvious they take pride in what they do. Specifically, I refer to Mr. Linton Browne, who treats each car as if it’s his own, and who is one of the most customer-oriented technicians I’ve ever met. My most recent repair involved adjusting the position of the passenger-side front fender on my 2008 Corvette. The fender had shifted out of alignment—due to a long-ago previous repair from some other auto body shop—and was hanging up on the front edge of the door, preventing the door from opening.
I stopped in one morning to make an appointment with Linton to bring in the car for repair. Linton literally dropped what he was doing, got out a few tools and, in less than ten minutes, he had adjusted the fender perfectly, thereby correcting a door-opening problem that had plagued me for quite some time. AND his price was exceptionally reasonable. Where else can you find service like that? I guess I don’t need to say where I’ll continue to bring my cars in the future!
