Many companies only offer replacements, so I was very happy to learn that Mr. Riadh could repair them—and he responded quickly, too! All the windows were done within a week. I’m truly happy with the result and highly recommend their service.

But these guys made it so easy! I searched around for quotes, and they answered right away and quoted the best price. They were able to stop by 20 minutes later, and were in and out.

We were going to spend thousands of dollars on new windows and just replacing the glass cost us less than a thousand. Outstanding work and extremely friendly and responsive. We highly recommend.
Grade a customer service and workmanship. I called him on Sunday as they were the only glass repair store open in the area and he showed up to my shop within 10 minutes. Ordered the tempered glass on the spot it & came in on Tuesday and installed the tempered glass including the frame for a very fair price.

I found Old Town and chose them because it says repairs in 24 hours and they were indeed responsive, and came the same day to temporarily fix my home window and came back 3 days later to replace window! Excellent service & experience.
Amazing, precise workmanship on a fairly large custom shower door. Prompt, careful, took precise measurement and made sure it fits very well. Have no problems at all and is sealed and mounted very well. See before/after!. highly recommended
