The company seems to pay more attention to the cosmetics of the car such as scratches, dents etc. I recently purchased new engine coils, battery, and key fob and that wasn't considered. The quote online i received was 1k more than what the check amount was for. I honestly wouldn't have sold my car to this company if my Mom didn't drive 3 hours due to her name being on the title.
The reason for the low ball offer was because there was a dime sized rust stain on the back, I had scratches on the bumper, I didn't vaccum the car, the rug was lifting up and I had 223k miles (which i fully disclosed when quoted) Hondas are built to last especially when taken car of. Im sure they will get twice the amount they paid me. Do your research and always get three quotes!
