Michael from road runner wrecker is incredible! He was extremely careful and thorough in putting my 2024 Model X on the flatbed. He was honest and thorough with explaining the next steps of the process and answering my questions. Road Runner wrecker has a contract with Tesla in the DMV and has experience to aid in recovering teslas and uses a flatbed with straps on the wheels to protect the undercarriage (battery) of the car. If you ever need a tow for your car, this is the company to use!

He arrived within the predicted timeframe. Rather than tow my car directly to the dealer (it would not start) he suggested that the car be jumped first. The car started immediately and I was off to a battery dealer to learn about whether a new battery was needed.

He took time to explain the situation (I have no patience with rubber neckers). 1) the driver did not attempt to deliver an OVERSIZE load at night. 2) he unhooked trailer repositioning he truck allowing all residents to pass. Excellent service!!!

I'm sorry it took so long to get back I believe my dilemma was on September 29th I sit on the fuel island at the flying j at 323 in VA from 12 noon till 8:15 pm waiting on road service. First of all Winchester truck service shows up at approximately 3-4:30pm and the first thing the wanta be tech said is where is your batteries and this here guy is my apprentice then cones the do you have any tools all I have is a screw driver then proceeds to say younger a starter and leaves a whole helluva lot quicker than he showed up so I called road service again and explained what had happened and they said they contacted Roadrunner and they'd be there directly and when that fella showed up I thought here we go again another wasted call this tech was dressed as if he was on the way to dinner with his family and never hesitated for a minute to jump under the hood and find the problem and fixed it in less than 45 minutes very professional about what was taking place and even stuck around until I left to make sure I was ok

Can't thank the gentlemen that helped my wife and I out enough. We were in a pretty precarious position with our vehicle that was on an incline, in a ditch, and up again some barbed wire.

I used toad runner through my car’s on-star like service. The person was very professional and quick. It was a very nice and warm December afternoon but by night time it had rained and was very windy and cold, the temp was at -5 and I did not have on the proper attire to change my tier. I waited a very long time but I guess that is not their fault, it was my UVO service that chooses the towing company to call.
Carlos arrived timely, provided battery charging service and got my car running again within five minutes. At all times he was very professional. At my request, since we were going in the same general direction, he followed me to my destination in case I had any related car problems. I did not. His kindness was above and beyond expectation.

I had a great experience with Roadrunner. They were very quick to tow my Tractor Trailer from Fairfax VA to Dublin Va. Vehicle was exceptionally clean.. Which is more than I can say for my own truck. I had a great Driver that took his time and did everything to ready for tow and to put it all back after we got to Dublin to my mechanics shop.
