The driver, Mo, was fantastic. Instead of just hooking it up and towing it, he managed to get the hood open (it was frozen), looked at the engine and saw that the battery was dead. (The day before it was fine) He went ahead and jumped it and got the engine to start. I asked if I could drive to the mechanic and he said yes, but I will follow you, in case you need me. Once at the mechanic, he waited until they had the car checked in. Who does that? Mo does, that's who. I highly recommend him and Adam's if you're ever in this type of situation. There are still good people out there and Mo is one of them.
Highly recommend this company for any of your towing needs, whether it be an emergency, or a pre-scheduled tow from your residence. I’ve used this company (Mr. Hazzaa specifically) numerous times, and a few key factors.
—whenever I call, they are incredibly polite, concise, and helpful over the phone. They immediately understand what I need, and are ready to help.
—they are incredibly timely. Most towing companies take considerable time to arrive (or give you a huge window), but Adam’s has always given me clear expectations, and actually followed through (plus or minus 30min).
—Their trucks are modern and well maintained. I drive an Audi S5, and they ensure my car is safe / taken care of. They trust I know my car, and allow me to position it, maneuver it, and inspect it to ensure I’m comfortable with its transport.
—The prices have always been fair, maybe a tiny bit more than other companies. But, in my opinion, it’s worth it for the level of service they provide. I’d much rather spend an extra $20 to make sure my car is safe on a 45min drive, than hire a company I’m not sure I can fully trust.
Will continue using this company in the future, if I ever need it!
Absolutely grateful for the efficient service provided us today by Adam’s express towing. Our car with a brand new engine decided to stall in the middle of a busy intersection during a heavy downpour. Some motorists were just plain rude! Thankfully, police came to assist after a few minutes. The tower truck operator was gracious and kind. He was doing God’s work.
Lost my keys and had no spare. They were able to tow my car to my house and then to the dealership and I didnt have to wait they were able to tow whenever I needed. My emergency brake was on and my car was unable to be unlocked so they used the right tools to make sure my suspension and brakes did not get messed up. My car is also a Jeep which needs more tools to move it and they took very good care of it.Very straight forward, helpful and kind. Definitely recommend them if you need a tow!! They also stayed in touched and updated me every part of the way.
What an excellent service!! Sam the operator was quick to get to where I am, when I called he asked if I was safe and not in danger. I wanted my car parked at my house and the driver way was narrow but he parked my car with precision and made sure everything was alright. Adam’s Express Towing Services did an amazing job. My original call to them was to unlock and jump start my dad’s car and Jad got it unlocked and started right away. After about 20 minutes of letting it run I turned it off and it wouldn’t start and Jad came back and got it started for me again right away with no wait time and amazing customer service. About maybe 2 hours later I was driving the car and fluid started leaking underneath while driving… I think something with my coolant burst. So I had to call them again for a 3rd time today and they came right away and towed the car from Alexandria to Stafford. I highly recommend them and Moe was our amazing tow driver that got the car all hooked up and to the destination in a safe and timely manner. Thank you again I greatly appreciate your amazing service and customer service and I will definitely be using you all again.

Adam's Express Towing did an amazing job with my tow. I hit a GIANT pothole and it seemed like it destroyed my entire front-end suspension, making this a tricky tow. Luckily Adam's towing asked for a description of the accident AND for pictures of my car so they could bring the proper equipment. Think of all the hassle this prescient and proactive ask saved us!
