The best towing experience I have ever had. They came and did it professionally and even went above and beyond and got the mound of ice that was in the front of the driveway out. I was waiting for 3 hours since another company took the job and dropped it last second before arriving. I am not sure why that happened but AH came as quickly as they could and towed my dumpster trailer. They made my stressful situation turn around, very much thankful for them.

I would give a zero, they towed my car that was parked in a visitor spot at my daughter’s apt complex. It has been parked in the same spot every Sunday. Multiple cars parked around my car without decals. My car and plate are with the office, my name is on the lease. The customer service are very rude, no help whatsoever. Shanks just tows for the money, they don’t care if it is a legal tow or not.
Great service from the dispatcher giving a good price to the time steve the driver arrived. He took great care of my vehicle and knew what he was doing, and even checked my car out and used his scanner to see the codes I would be dealing with. I will definitely recommend them and use them my self again thank you guys.
I had a tow in 15 minutes. Operator was friendly and helpful, even caught something I missed when car was delivered. Next time I need a tow, I'm definitely calling them again!

A lazy Saturday. A country road no parking. Tried to park. Found a hidden culvert on the side of the road with my car. AH Towing to the rescue, half an hour later. AH was there to rescue me and the car . Soon The car and the culvert had been separated. Even though they were trying to be best of friends. Best towing experience ever. They were fast. They were courteous and they knew what they were doing. Didn't harm the car or the culvert. The driver was funny and made us feel at ease for parking in a culvert. And did I mention it was on historical land? Probably not but they were great. Would definitely use them again if I do something silly with my car again. I was felt like I was in one of those fancy YouTube car towing videos.
Blew a tire in my car that has run flats and no spare, late on a Sunday, nowhere near where I live, when everything was either closed or closing. They were so amazing. They called around to places for me and then showed up within 10 minutes. I might not have gotten my car back until the next day (not much you can do when everything is closed) but the dispatcher and the driver were both amazing. This is one of those services that you hope you don’t need to use, but if you have to, these are the folks to call.
