Amazing Customer service, made my bad situation into a good comforting experience. Mr Blake is an amazing person and he for sure is one of the most talented tow truck driver I’ve ever witnessed. He managed to come to me really fast and got the car on the truck within less than 3 minutes. It was a super fast and easy process, and he managed to drop my car off into a hard spot to park it but he made it happen. Mr Blake was for sure a good person he was so upbringing with jokes and just a funny person even though it was like 4:50 in the morning you would expect someone to be all tired but he actually was really energetic and optimistic. Mr Blake for sure needs to get a raise he wasn’t just a typical tow truck guy, he actually had great customer service and really got his work done fantastically. I would like to thank Ace Towing for being there to help me with this situation and would also like to thank Mr Blake. Amazing company definitely would call again if anything happens.

They estimated 20-30 minutes, but it took 3 hours for the tow truck to arrive. The driver was irritated and uncooperative, and when I called the office they wouldn't allow any discount for the extreme delay. I called another towing service later and they quoted me for $130, but would take 1-1.5 hrs so I passed at the time.
The total for ACE was $165 to tow it to a 5 mile destination after a 3 hour wait.
My car wasnt turning on and I needed it removed off of the Main Street. I was recommended by a mutual friend to give you guys a call, where I received wonderful service from a young man by the name of Mr.Newton. He was very professional and has great customer service. Called AAA to have my truck towed . They contracted ace . AAA app said 20 minutes out. Took over two hrs to show up . Then the guy said he can't tow my truck. 13,000 ford F550 with aluminum bed and welder . The guy said they tow trucks like this all the time . Well he took a picture and his boss told him he could not tow my truck 7 miles . In there super size international flat bed . Bad service from the first phone call . Being a multiple business owner I would of offered to tow the truck for cash or a check if AAA didn't cover it . I have picture of there truck and mine as well . They could of towed a truck 3 times the weight of mine . We use them to move construction equipment . We don't have one available this weekend. The driver was a good guy just doing what his boss . I'll post a tick tock this weekend and get other opinions. Have a good weekend .
When I first called for a tow service they told me 15 minutes, an hour passed I called back and they sounded surprised that the driver hadn’t shown up yet and told me he was 5 minutes away. 15 minutes go by and the driver calls me telling me his eta is 28 minutes… 20 minutes go by and the driver callls me back saying he stopped by to get lunch and says his eta is 17 mins. And he finally gets here 30 minutes after he last called. Don’t work with these if you respect your time
I got stuck on the side of the road with no brakes and called them for help. They said they’d arrive within an hour in the end, it took an hour and fifty minutes. Not the end of the world, things happen.
The frustrating part was when the driver arrived and said I was carrying a heavy load, so I had to add $75 to the original deal.
This was despite the fact that when I spoke to the receptionist, we agreed on $250 all-inclusive, and I clearly mentioned I had a truck with equipment.
Bottom line he put me in an uncomfortable situation with no real choice, because I needed the service and wasn’t in a position to argue over the price.
To be fair, the driver was kind and courteous — except for that one part.

After going through 4 other tow companies who could not offer me any type of service due to not having a "low-clearance" truck, ACE Towing not only had a truck available, they sent out one of the most professional drivers I have met. The driver, Shawn kept me updated with arrival times and assured me that he could get my vehicle out of tight low-clearance garage. He did just that. Shawn was fast and proficient and very knowledgeable. After almost two days of trying to find a truck, ACE was able to help me during a very frustrating situation. Thank you Shawn!

Awesome experience with this company! My car would not turn over in a parking lot and was smoking from underneath the hood. ACE Towing was quick to come to my car (within 30 minutes) and Adam was so amazingly kind to let me put my newborn and carseat in the truck to keep cool and out of the sun. He took great care to make sure there was no damage to the car and that I and my baby stayed comfortable in the truck, drove with care on the way over to the shop and to make sure the AC was on in the shop itself so we could stay cool while waiting. Great, reliable and caring company! The wait time and charge were even significantly less than my car insurance company. Would absolutely use their services again and again when needed!!
I could not tell you how extremely kind this company is. They have gone above and beyond to help me. My suv broke down on the side of the road. Thought it was the battery. It wasn't.
