Adam is great! He handled my car with car and made sure it was secured to the tow truck. Adam was professional and patiently waited for me to handle an issue with my card. I highly recommend Ace towing.
We told the driver he could not make it up an icy hill, but he decided to anyway, creating a traffic accident by running into another car , scraping a long side the care, and then getting stuck in the ditch. About 10 of us were there trying to help him multiple times, but he didn't want to listen to any of us.
After a few hours of trying to get him and the other car out of the road, we asked for his insurance information. I had the door open while talking to him, but he stared at me blankly and gassed it without giving us his information. I was holding onto the door when he fled and he jerked me with him a bit. While trying not to loose my footing, I grabbed for what I could and he left some tools from his door. He just took off! hit and run! We called the police and reported the driver.
I called the company, but no one has called me back. I am still waiting. Extremely unsafe driver that put a lot of people at risk, including the people in his truck, whom we believe were customers he was towing.

I was out with some girlfriends around 11 pm tonight and we were finishing up dessert when I returned to my car and it would not turn on. I even tried jumpstarting the car without success. I looked on Google to find local towing services and couldn’t be happier with my services tonight. Amazing Customer service, made my bad situation into a good comforting experience. Mr Blake is an amazing person and he for sure is one of the most talented tow truck driver I’ve ever witnessed. He managed to come to me really fast and got the car on the truck within less than 3 minutes. It was a super fast and easy process, and he managed to drop my car off into a hard spot to park it but he made it happen. Mr Blake was for sure a good person he was so upbringing with jokes and just a funny person even though it was like 4:50 in the morning you would expect someone to be all tired but he actually was really energetic and optimistic. Mr Blake for sure needs to get a raise he wasn’t just a typical tow truck guy, he actually had great customer service and really got his work done fantastically. I would like to thank Ace Towing for being there to help me with this situation and would also like to thank Mr Blake. Amazing company definitely would call again if anything happens.
The tow was professional and on time. Everything else was horrific. I thought that hiring the same towing company from the scene of my accident to repair the car would be a good idea. I was sadly mistaken. Lackluster communication. Rude customer service. I had to leave messages and wait for DAYS for responses, estimates and updates on the repair work, which took SIX WEEKS! I had to end up picking up my car from an hour and a half away from where it was initially towed to, on my own, because I had the cars location. The mechanics at the body shop where it was towed had no idea of any timeline associated with the repairs! In fact, they thought it was a repossession! This experience made me sick to my stomach. In the end, Shawn apologized. Too little too late. DO NOT let them repair your car.

They estimated 20-30 minutes, but it took 3 hours for the tow truck to arrive. The driver was irritated and uncooperative, and when I called the office they wouldn't allow any discount for the extreme delay. I called another towing service later and they quoted me for $130, but would take 1-1.5 hrs so I passed at the time.
The total for ACE was $165 to tow it to a 5 mile destination after a 3 hour wait.

Called AAA to have my truck towed . They contracted ace . AAA app said 20 minutes out. Took over two hrs to show up . Then the guy said he can't tow my truck. 13,000 ford F550 with aluminum bed and welder . The guy said they tow trucks like this all the time . Well he took a picture and his boss told him he could not tow my truck 7 miles . In there super size international flat bed . Bad service from the first phone call . Being a multiple business owner I would of offered to tow the truck for cash or a check if AAA didn't cover it . I have picture of there truck and mine as well . They could of towed a truck 3 times the weight of mine . We use them to move construction equipment . We don't have one available this weekend. The driver was a good guy just doing what his boss . I'll post a tick tock this weekend and get other opinions. Have a good weekend .
I got stuck on the side of the road with no brakes and called them for help. They said they’d arrive within an hour in the end, it took an hour and fifty minutes. Not the end of the world, things happen. The frustrating part was when the driver arrived and said I was carrying a heavy load, so I had to add $75 to the original deal. This was despite the fact that when I spoke to the receptionist, we agreed on $250 all-inclusive, and I clearly mentioned I had a truck with equipment. Bottom line he put me in an uncomfortable situation with no real choice, because I needed the service and wasn’t in a position to argue over the price. To be fair, the driver was kind and courteous — except for that one part.

I could not tell you how extremely kind this company is. They have gone above and beyond to help me. My suv broke down on the side of the road. Thought it was the battery. It wasn't.
