Her sunny personality and great sense of humor made our experience so enjoyable. She is incredibly knowledgeable and was consistently available without being over bearing or pushy with our sale. Justin was a dream to work with. Car dealerships are usually a super negative experience, but Justin made the whole process super easy and really worked with us on some of the more complicated aspects of our purchase. Also the jug of syrup upon purchase and the adorable dog(s) hanging around the office were the icing on the cake!

I purchased from Justin in April of 2022 a John Deere SB1148 tractor snowblower. It looked brand new --- I had just connected to my tractor to try it for this winter for the first time and engaged PTO. It was making an awful metal to metal sound and the impeller was hitting the sides. I called Justin on a Sunday and he stopped what he was doing and called me. I said I would just like my $ back. This is 6 months later after buying. I drove back up there 2 - 1/2 hour ride each way and as he said gave my $ back. Who does that kind of thing today right. Great people who own Shattuck --- thats what I call going above and beyond !!!

Worth the drive from Plattsburgh NY to Shattuck Motors! The service was absolutely above and beyond! We felt right at home ,as if we had been long lost friends , meeting up again! The truck was in top notch shape, no hidden issues, and the price was right (smile). In addition, the town itself is lovely and everyone we ran into was welcoming. We plan on going back for a mini vacation. Trust us, well worth checking out all the car/truck options that Shattuck Motors have. Easy one day visit and drove away very happy ! UPDATED: They called me and said if I brought the truck back they would fix it. I did spend over 1100.00 in parts and labor myself, which fixed most of the problems.. they bleed the motor of air so the problem seems to be fixed.. They kept their word.. which is why I went from 2 stars to 5 stars..overall it was made right .. THANK YOU..
The owner was on the problem as soon as it came up and a solution was given.. all worked out..
