Quoted my mother in law **$860** on a tow from field days which was what.. a couple miles away, if that?? Then said he’d give her a deal for $200…. She was thankful and took it. Then when she asked that it be towed to Jami’s auto, Mike Cota said it wasn’t worth it and convinced her to sign the title over to him and that he’d “junk it for her for free” as if he was doing her a huge favor. Lo and behold, he turned around and sold it for $2200 to the person she was trying to bring it to to fix it without her knowledge! I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody unless I hated them! He clearly takes advantage of people who look to him as the expert!

Very nice place! staff were very nice and it took care of me fast. I had a flat tire on the highway I stopped there and 15 minutes later I was back on the highway

November 21th 2023, i slid off the road on the highway 89. We crashed into trees and like cattails. They came really fast, 20 minutes, he worked really hard to get us out of there without Police assistance for the traffic. Thank you Cota’s

Totally impressed with the Staff at Cota’s Service Station. They immediately found me a new battery ( The Glass Matt) it’s a new technology in Battery development. Dave found me one for the H3 and installed it next day! They were so impressive - a purchased one for the Tundra. They were able to fit me in for an Oil Change, exhaust rattle fix, tire rotation and a new Glass Matt battery! Mark (mechanic ) was knowledgeable with many years experience working with exhausts - quickly found the problem and repositioned the exhaust to stop it from tapping the bumper anchor plate. It was so irritating to hear the tap tap tap for a week now. Dave at the counter made the 2 appointments happen in one day by getting the battery quickly and working with Mark It’s very rare to get car appointments on the spot and COTA’s SERVICE made it happen as did their mechanics! 10 stars today for the 2 vehicles!!!! Thank you COTA’s Service as you made my day!!!

The friendly and helpful staff are the highlight of this parts store. I've only been in a few times but I've always left a happy customer.

Shady owner, Carful with the amount of information you provide to your tow driver (my case owner). Took advantage of my situation and 3X charge for my tow experience (1700 to remove from ditch and then towed my car 1-mile down road). Funniest part about the experience he charges me for a full tank of gas for 1 mile and to clean his tow truck. After dropping my car off, not even 2 minutes pass and prior to clean the truck he leaves to pick another car but still charge me a cleaning fee. Auto parts they seem knowledgeable but if you're looking for a tow, just call anybody else.

Speedy service, knowledgeable staff. I was in and out of the shop in around 30 minutes.

I was traveling from St. Albans to Plattsburgh and my oil light came on - no oil change place was open on a Sunday so a quick google search brought me here - not only were they super friendly and affordable - they both checked and topped off my oil for me.

Very helpfull staff. They used there garage stock to help me get all the lug nuts I needed and have always been helpfull and fast at getting stuff when not in stock

I had purchased a fuel pump over the phone and when I tried to pick up the part, they said that they had no record of my purchase at all. They were extremely unprofessional and even when following with the head office, I found them to be equally unhelpful. I am extremely disappointed with their service and will avoid purchasing at any Napa affiliate.

The people there are very helpful. They go way beyond all expectations. Friendly helpful service. Way better then Advanced Auto.

Family owned (second generation) business in town. Never does more then asked & always calls if comes across problems to see what we'd like done.

It was my first time going into this Auto Parts Store and I didn't realize that they where getting ready to close in 20 minutes at 6:00pm Tuesday. I'm disabled and did not know they closed at that time, like I said it's my first time going there! I wanted to get some Speedy Dry for my girls litter box and the 2 guys that were working, made a great Recommendation's on which type I should use. These 2 gentleman worked very hard in order to make me feel welcomed and happy with my purchase for what I went there to get. They noticed I used a cane too walk with. 1 guy waited on me at the register and the other guy carried the 50 pound bag out to my car and put it in the trunk for me! I will definitely keep going there for everything that I need from this day forward. Really Excellent Service that those 2 guys gave me today and I will be there more often now. Thanks Guys for making me feel welcomed and happy waiting on me the way you guys did a great job & well done.

Excellent service great help to repair and replace a tire We encountered a flat tire traveling thru on I 89

Excellent Service! Got our van in the same day to have the alternator replaced and way done by the afternoon. Customer service way great too.

I drove out of my yard three doors down and pulled into their yard with a flat tire! BOOM! It was fixed in less than 20 minutes! Quick and very courteous!

The owner does everything within reason to help. Cota's is the first place I go every time I need help with a vehicle. I got their phone number memorized. The staff is very helpful every time I go in. Thanks Mike.
