These guys were a great support to the guys over at Boat Headquarters on a late Thursday evening before closing. Boat Headquarter did not have the particular fuse I was looking for and they called ahead to the Parts Store who had it waiting on the counter for me once I arrived. Great traditional customer service, and local networking! Thanks to all.
I think they are one of the best parts stores out their, I love the owner and his son they very nice always helpful, and funny. Plus it helps that they have 2 pretty cute mascots (their dogs) very sweet pups. Their prices are usually cheaper too
This is my gas station that I've used for 11 years. I really like the rewards program. The staff is always professional. They have a good fast food section.
Only place that always has the spark plugs and oil for my quad and they have helped when I was in a pinch and needed to remove a link on a new chain (no charge)
The best of small town USA right here. The employees are very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. They helped me locate a hard to find part that they could have ordered and charged me big money for, but instead pointed me to where I could buy it directly for a fraction of the price! My first stop for anything related to repairing or maintaining our rust buckets.
Very friendly! Everyone there knows their stuff and are extremely helpful! Puppy dogs on site to put your soul at rest. This is where I get all my auto parts.
The parts store crew is always a big help with car information or tools whether its a small diy project or a full restoration awesome people to deal with
Ya I know you can go into any big box stores on a Sunday but how many big stores have on the spot expertise, install, can often get overnight what they may not stock in house, and will recommend a store if they absolutely do not carry what you are looking for... None... The point is when you WANT THE RIGHT AUTO PART the first time, for a reasonable price, that comes with a smile, camaraderie, and customer service look no further, ever, than The Parts Store in Swanton, VT... It's worth the trip.
Every time I call the owner asks me what I’m wearing and if I like honey...... not sure what that is about but the rest of the staff is incredibly helpful. Btw. Just a smile Jeff!
I can't thank Geoff enough for his help today! My driver side wiper broke on my car during a snow storm. I was able to get a ride from another nice gentleman who saw me pulled over. Geoff drove me all the way back to my car and put on new wipers for me. THANK YOU!!!!! <3

The people who work here are jokers BUT it's all in fun. There all great and very knowledgeable.. if they don't have what you need, they'll bust there ass to get ASAP. Keep up the good work
Best Prices, friendly and humorous service, and the friendliest golden retriever helpers! There may be a better place for parts, but I haven't found it yet..
Overall, horrible customer service amongst many other things. Steer clear of this place. I suggest Cota's on First Street if you cannot make it to Advance Auto in St. Albans. The owner is somewhat arrogant and thinks his customers are below him. You'll know him when you first walk in because he is the loudest one in the place.
