Alan and his staff have been my mechanics for the past decade. Finding a mechanic who is both honest and competent is a valuable thing. That is why I keep bringing by car to Easy Autos even after moving across the state. For anyone still in the NEK, it’s a no brainer.
Trustworthy, honest and affordable! I have used Easy for all of my vehicles maintenance & repairs over the last 5yrs and now that my teenager has her own car, I send her to them too. At Easy Autos you always know that you’re in good hands and well taken care of! I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else :)
They are now a uhaul dealer; much needed in this area! We appreciated their help when we rented a trailer from another location and they never showed up, we had waited 45 minutes which was a bummer and impacted my morning ... So it was great to receive excellent service; thank you!
When the car my wife and I were driving broke down on the interstate in the wee hours of the post-eclipse evening, Easy Auto was able to accept the late night drop off via tow. When they opened the next morning, they immediately reassured us that they would try to fix it asap and get us back on the road.
Despite their very busy repair schedule, Jason and Alan were able to essentially start working on our vehicle immediately. The issue amounted to an exploded alternator, necessitating a somewhat complex and involved fix; however, the folks at Easy Auto were still able to fix the issue rapidly. Throughout the process they showcased incredible professionalism, honesty, kindness, and knowledge. They fixed our issue and the vehicle runs significantly better than before, we even drove 6+ hours home directly from the shop without a smidge of problems.
The bottom line is: these folks are simply incredibly honest and competent mechanics. For fixing issues in a vehicle - something of which that can amount to personal safety, why would you go anywhere else when this place exists? This was a very verbose review, but I just want to get across to folks reading these that this is THE PLACE.

Supposedly took them 4 hours to do two front brakes with multiple guys working on it. Took my brother alone an hour and a half without the shop tools to be charged that much money. Outrageous!
I took my brand new Ralliart there to get my calipers painted red. Alan Jr. did that, and what an awesome job he did. Alan Jr. and Jason are hard working men. If you find yourself inside there, and nobody is around at first just knock on the door to the right of you, and you will find them working in the garage. I highly recomend them for all your needs to your vehicles. I will be going to them for mind instead of the dealership of where I got the vehicle.
Update 22 May 2023 - I got an extremely hostile phonecall today from Easy Auto in regards to my review that also accused me of review bombing - one assumes they got notification of the original draft as well as the update. It would appear they are less than professional in handling followups to public reviews. Harassing and intimidating unsatisfied customers is not how I would choose to do business.
I took my truck here with parts and a very specific written list of work I wanted done. I also talked to head mechanic before dropping off about exact details. Incorrect work was done as well as additional work I didn't ask for, and that I wasn't asked about. "The parts are in, I'm not arguing about it" is the response I got.
In addition, one of the unauthorized "repairs" was faulty - a CV axle was replaced incorrectly, resulting in a leaking front differential. It appears that the seal was damaged during installation and they tried to bodge it with Permatex sealant instead of replacing the seal correctly. I caught it the day after the repairs, and when I called, was told to "bring it in next week".
I don't judge a business or person based on the mistakes they make, but rather how they handle them, and everything about this experience so far has been unacceptable.
I have filed a complaint with the VT Attorney General and the Consumer Protection Unit. This review will be updated with additional details and any outcome.
Great people to work with for all of your vehicle service needs. I own a business in the community and when one of my customers needed help that broke down in my driveway Al Jr. sent his mechanic right over with no real notice to help them get their vehicle moving again. I have all of my vehicles serviced here.
We were visiting the Kingdom for a few days when my friend's alternator died on a Friday morning. We got the car to them and they had it fixed and stayed overtime to get it done. AND they were reasonably priced. We will recommend them to everyone we know who needs help!
Friendly staff, wonderful customer services, knowledgable mechanics, quick but great work and amazing prices! I love this garage, they're my go to for all my matenience needs for my vehicles!
It took them a month to get my radio in and it would turn on but not play music and when I took it to an actual radio shoo it took them an hour to get the radio in with the correct parts and was $20 less then what I paid here. I’m sorry but to me this is a bad place to go for any wiring job. The customer service is nice and that is probably the only good thing about it.
Love this place they are great to work with and always does a great job, goes above and beyond to make sure the truck i bought from them is in great working order!
I am a bonafide shade tree mechanic but thanks to a back thing, I've been forced to seek a good mechanic as I'm a fan of well used cars that need extra attention. Easy Autos has never let me down no matter how tricky the car or repair. I cannot suggest them highly enough and if you're a Land Rover owner, they'll have you covered reliably, honestly, and with excellent pricing. I even trust them with my delicate collectible cars!
1st time been there but vary happy with there there work they did it fast to and there vary nice so will be going back again they do charge $65 a hour but that's normal I believe around here at least most places been to charge that much
