I’m editing my review because the owner is obviously also a liar. He was in a ditch, not trees and yes was a stupid move but so was your company for not be forthcoming on where the truck was coming from. When you call a “local” company listed as the same town your truck is off the road you don’t expect one to be sent from 3 hours away without being told or expecting that kid of charge. Honesty goes a long ways in this world, something you and your employees aren’t familiar with. A wench out that should have cost $600, was $1600 and 3 hours of wasted time. Thats called greed, not good business. I will never use your company again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. The driver called your company only because it said you were in lyndonville vt because he was instructed to use a local company for time and cost reasons. You knew at the time of the call that it was in fact a 24’ box truck, not 26 and also not in the tree and zero damage was done. You should have known at tha time where the truck was coming from and let him know then so we could have called a different company. I paid your bill in full within minutes of it being sent to me even though it wasn’t even a detailed bill like I also asked for.
Do not call this towing company unless you want a company that is not truthful in thier actual locations. Online they are located in Lyndonville but they come from Littleton and charge you $350/hour!!! When you think the company is local and you will save money only to find out they forward calls over an hour away and charge you for thier misleading information!!! I do not recommend this company!
Broke my wind guard after charging me 1710 for tow for 40 miles and refuse to even help fix it stay away from theses crooks at all costs mind you a used part would be all of 200 bucks won't even pay a portion!
From start to finish, granite State towing/b&b towing were amazing. Prompt service, fast call back. Can't say anything but good things about this company. Everyone should use this company for towing.
I called the company on 17 April to schedule a pick up ar a specific location. This appointment was confirmed by text and email. The appoint was important because I was removing a vehicle from storage . My vehicle being first in line meant that others were waiting for my vehicle to me moved. I drove 2.5 hours to make my appointment time. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time and waited. When the tow was 15 minutes late, I called the service . They said they would call the driver and call me back , the call never came. At 30 minutes late , I again called the service to get a status . The driver eventually called and said he would be another 45 minutes and indicated he knew nothing of the designated appointment time. The customer service was poor, uninformed, poorly communicative . Locals warned me not to use them and I won't again. The driver was kind courteous and professional. The people in the office could take a lesson from him.
These guys are top notch! I was stuck on i93 Nate got there fast very happy he hauled it all the way to Maine for Very reasonable rate. Couldn't be more happy these guys were here in a very stressful situation! They are professional they take great care of you! Great guys, great company! Well worth the call! Thank you so much!
My work truck slid down a driveway and got wedged between two large snowbanks thanks to some ice!! Mark got there asap and was awesome at getting it out with zero damage!
Arrived and worked very quickly after being called to get my car unstuck and retrieve my keys that were locked inside. They were very professional and easy to work with
Great company great service from the operator Nick. They helped bail us out in a situation with a trailer that lost 2 tires. He responded quickly and what he had to deal with loaded could not have been easy but he did it no problem. Thank you for a great experience and I will highly recommended you company

Mark from B & B Towing arrived on the scene and expertly hooked tow lines to our car and took great care to pull our car back up to the road.
It took some time and several tries were needed but it was clear Mark knew what he was doing. Thank you so much!!!

I had to call for a tow twice in 2 days time and had Mark both times. He was awesome. Very timely, professional, and courteous. Highly recommend this shop because of him.
I when to there shop in Lindonville, VT to get the roof of my trailer shovel, it took them 30 minutes and charge me $500. That robbery right there, taking advantage of people and will never deal with them.
Mark came and helped our family out of a bad situation. Our suv couldn’t make it up the hill in our neighborhood and started to fall off the road. The next morning mark got here and pulled us to safety. The customer service is amazing, they’re true professionals. Anytime you need a tow or to get pulled out of ditch, call mark.
Super thankful for Mark this morning! I was told 30 minutes after I pay online someone would be there and he was there within 10-15 minutes! I only needed a winch out and he was great! Super friendly, I’d definitely recommend them!
Super fast, professional, and friendly. Got a flat on I-91, was able to get to a gas station off the highway and they were there in 30min.

We cannot say enough about the service from B&B. It is Labor Day weekend and we were locked out of our camper, 4 hours from home. B&B was our only call back from several inquiries. Even though it was late in the evening and a Saturday Nick was polite, courteous and patient, a true professional. Our heartfelt thanks for saving our long weekend!

Called B&B when our delivery van was stranded 2 hours from home. Cody came to the rescue! He figured out what was wrong with the tire, fixed it and enabled us to drive the vehicle home. We we’re so thankful for the help!
The call center part was different, but they answered the phone after midnight, and we got a call back within 5 minutes. Arrived on time. The driver was professional and knew exactly what he was doing.
We were traveling to the area and got a little off track on a mountain Road. There was a thin layer of ice and the roads were a mess. My husband has been having medical issues this year (a brain tumor, I know TMI, but I couldn't count on his usual unwavering help...) We were so far off the beaten track I was worried... B&B sent Jessie - thank GOD!!! He was so efficient and versed and had us out in no time. Our car was not up to the challenge so he loaded it up and took us to our house! What an Angel, and they were very fairly priced. Thank you B&B and Jessie - you made us feel safe and got us home quick!
Not only did they drive out to change an old lady’s split tire but noticed the back tire was damaged. They followed me to one place that could not help me then called another tire distributor got the needed tire for me then had me follow them back to their facility in Lyndonville where they mounted and replaced the back tire. Needless to say this took quite some time. I feel they went over and above normal services. Even the dispatcher was kind and supportive. I am very very thankful for all their help, kindness and support. Needless to say I highly recommend them.
Rip off shop! For a radiator in a 2012 Volvo they wanted to charge me $4500, when I asked for a receipt of the parts, I was provided with one that had the $ amount whitedout. Stay away from these theives!
We can't say enough amazing things about this service. Jay was a true hero in the eyes of my family. He saved our family vacation! Last Friday night at almost 5pm the trailer of the boat we were towing lost the entire wheel and rim on I-91 just 10 miles to our destination. Despite incredible odds and many obstacles (including drivers who don't move over for tow trucks) Jay from B&B was able to get the trailer unhitched from our truck and loaded onto the tow bed. BUT before taking the trailer to garage for repairs, that wouldn't be until Monday, Jay actually brought the boat to the ramp at the lake where we were staying. Using amazing skill, patience and knowledge, he successfully got the boat off both the tow truck and trailer and with only a few hour delay we were on our way to a great stay in Vermont.
