I was on my way to Dorset VT from New York on a Saturday morning for work when my tire started losing air. I had to get to the job and then get back to NY and had no time to spare! I found OD Auto on Google and limped over there; Jordan was in the office and she helped me right away. Miraculously, Olden, the owner, was nearby and came right over to the shop. He removed the screw that had punctured my tire and patched it right away. Made it to work on time and have already driven hundreds of miles on the patch.
Olden is not only skilled and ultra professional but friendly, considerate, generous and clearly dedicated to serving his customers and making sure they are safe on the road. I wish I had a shop like OD near me in New York!

This place was nothing but nightmares got a car from them. They messed up the vin on the car, got pulled over cop thought we stole the car, had to do a whole thing with the cops about it and then when we called OD about it all they said was sorry no compensation or anything. Just sorry. And there was a squeaking when we first were looking at the car and we looked at it and he said that it just had to be greased but then find out when we buy the car that it needs $600 worth of work your FUNNY

Very manipulative an unprofessional an a safety concern for two vehicles they were not road worthy lies about what was wrong an gave me a car to keep my mouth shut. They also swore at me called me name an laughed an took advantage of me being a woman in my opinion I have 4 kids an they did not care for any safety concerns with the two cars I got. Be careful with this place also had to correct several jobs they did incorrectly.
Found OD Auto and Olden the owner to be very honest and helpful and fair-priced. Very happy with my used Volvo wagon. Not a giant dealer - but they give personal attention to the cars they do have. Great chill experience. I recommend them!!!

I had the pleasure of buying a vehicle from these guys not once but twice. OD went above and beyond when it came to what I wanted and needed. I never felt pressured to buy anything and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. They answered all my questions and concerns promptly. If they couldn't get me the answer right of way they got back to me as soon as they had the answer. I was never left hanging. Their prices are reasonable and I highly recommended these guys if you are looking for a nice used vehicle and excellent customer service. I highly recommend these guys.
I bought a car for my little brother from this location last year. I was given a voucher for a belt replacement which was agreed upon before the sale. Life happened and I didn't get around to getting the car back in until recently. Of course the DAY that I planned to bring it down for repair, the belt tore and the alternator went with it. OD Auto honored the voucher and followed through with the work within a day. Friendly people to work with. I'm not an easy client when it comes to my cars... I'm an engineer by trade, so naturally I will scrutinize and ask the mechanic to show me what they did. OD lived up to my expectation.

Od auto went over the 30 day warranty and has got the Civic in and fixed quickly and has gone above and beyond to keep that civic in good running order and stayed true to their word the whole time .
19k later due to overheating issue.the head gasket has went .
3 other shops game me the run around to get it in
Od auto took it in the same day and within a hour being there they were on the ball and ordering parts to fix it immediately,
After diagnosing the car they made payment arrangements knowing the head gasket is a time consuming and expensive job.
The vehicle is being sold to me this week when it's paid off .I don't have a doubt that it will be running good again when it comes out thanks to od auto
I would definitely recommend getting a used car from od auto before anyone else.

I brought my car in for a 30,000mile check up and to have winter tires put on. Dylan was consistently pleasant, professional and through in his explanation of what and how they would do the service. A good friend of mine suggested that I stop down to OD Auto and take a look at a couple vehicles that are on the lot. I had no intentions of buying a car that day because I wanted to shop around a little bit first and see what all of my options were. Jeff has a good selection of vehicles and he seems to do a lot of research before bringing any vehicle onto his lot to sell. You can tell that Jeff genuinely cares about the vehicles that he is selling and cares about his customers. He gave me all the information that he had about prior owners of the vehicle, any accidents that it was in, and any general maintenance that was done to the vehicle. Jeff was also very fair about the price. I didn’t feel like I was overpaying for the vehicle and I didn’t feel like he was trying to take advantage of me in any way.
