I went in, not knowing what to do because my car was turning off at idle and after talking to a mechanic, The Dealership, And a friend I decided to use ChatGPT to analyze what I should buy from AutoZone or from the dealer and I was very surprised that many things were higher quality recommended from ChatGPT at AutoZone so I went to AutoZone in Orem and what pleased me more is that there’s a guy there named Edgar who advised me on what I should do and a lot of his suggestions were right in line with the research that I had done online
Edgar told me that he asked Local mechanics who come in all the time and tell them Their problems, and so he has a collective knowledge of what to do and I really liked his suggestion
Anyway, anyways, I wanted to give a good review for him and the great work he does and for just being a nice person And bringing experience to the table

Anytime I go to this particular location, I always get the best customer service vs others. Always friendly, willing to answer questions, and help any way they can. I have 3 others that are way closer but its worth the extra 20min drive for sure!
i came in with a basket case of a car and the woman helping me was so patient and talented! i am so grateful that she helped switch out the battery in the car!
I walked in to AutoZone right off Geneva and I was pretty upset because my key fob for my civic wasn’t working. I came to get the battery. Randy Burkhart directed me right to the section with a beautiful welcoming. I really appreciate it. I feel home here. On top of that I was mentally drained from my work shift, she had an upbeat, charming, witty personality, just enough to get me to smile and laugh. I love people like this! It’s a people business and

My experience here was subpar at best. I was sold a light that they couldn't guarantee worked, and the staff was impatient and didn't seem to have the knowledge needed. Skip this store and go to O'Reillys
Randy is so personable and she went out of her way to help us. My boys really loved how she talked about what she was doing and made them feel included. We felt like it was a field trip. We will definitely come again!
This is the kindest autozone I've been to in all utah county and the customer service is excellent. And Victoria S was so nice to help me find exactly the right carburetor cleaner I was looking for at the right price.. its a go to place for all your automotive needs.
This review is for victoria who works at the store.However, she helped me while she was visiting the store in pleasant grove or american fork over that way. Customer service was above and beyond anyway. Since this is her home store, I figured I'd give a good review for the people that stop here. They should know they got great employees more than willing to help.
First bad experience that I have had at an Autozone. Got sold the wrong part at a different store, went to this one to exchange. Manager said it wasn’t his problem and told me to go back to the store I originally got it from. For sure won’t go back. The sales people were awesome, but the manager doesn’t care about customer service.
James at the Vineyard location provided top-notch service. He answered all of my questions related to a new battery for my VW Passat and provided me a quote with all of the various options available. Because of his knowledge and excellent customer service, I will be going to the Vineyard location for all of my future needs.
James was a huge help! I went to a separate autozone in draper, and they accidentally sold me the wrong battery so I was still having issues starting my car. I stopped by today, James did all the tests, and even thoigh everything was coming up normal he went above and beyond and found the issue. I am so happy this is the autozone closest to me. Customer for life!
My battery died I ran to Auto Zone where Joe and Edgar helped me by changing the battery for me! They helped check my oil and assisted with making sure I felt informed and ready to go! I will continue to shop here for any auto needs! Thank you for your help and assistance it was much appreciated!
