I needed to top off my oil and coolant and proceeded to drop the cap into the bottom of my engine compartment. I told Ken inside and Ken came outside in the cold and propped up my car, dug up some tools, unscrewed part of the pan where the cap was stuck and was able to get it out. This level of service is extremely hard to find these days and it truly is above and beyond. I’ve always loved Oreillys and this is why. I’ll never go to A**o Z**e because Oreillys is the best auto parts store around. Thanks again Ken and Oreillys!!

Car Battery was acting up. Pulled into O’Reilly and had them test it. Found it was a bad battery. Curtis was very fast and very efficient. Got a new battery bought and installed in about 10 minutes. Would come again.

Curtis and Marco were so kind and helped us changed the light in our car. Curtis stayed and watched some videos with us to see how to change the light in car, since it was pretty difficult, and Marco was quick to replace bulb. So quick and helpful! 10/10 recommend coming here, wish I could’ve tipped them.

Saved me $100 and hours of headache Curtis and Cameron helped me test fuses; identify the correct headlight; and helped me replace them. Definitely will go back for my next auto part need. They went above and beyond.

Curtis and Marco delivered exceptional service! They were very kind, patient and genuinely helpful. You can tell that they genuinely want to help their customers however they can and are willing to go the extra mile. I would recommend this store to anyone, whether well versed in auto parts or not!

Came in for a bulb, left with a new set of LEDs… not the Christmas gift I was expecting to get, but what I needed. Curtis and Marco are a kick ass pair. They rock at being helpful, kind, and real people. They assessed my needs, worked with me, and left me happy as a clam. If you need help at an O’Reillys… this is the place to go and if you get one of these two, Marco or Curtis, you will never wanna go to another shop, they are shitty compared to this place!

Stopped in today with my son to have his car battery checked and also asked about a headlight that wasn't working. I was beyond impressed with the service we received from the manager, I think her name was Leanne, and from Curtis. They were both very friendly and helpful. Curtis went above and beyond to not only come out and look at our car, but to actually help us replace both headlights that were out. Neither my son nor I had any idea what we were doing and Curtis really saved the day!! I can't thank him enough and would highly recommend stopping into this location for any car needs.

My battery was on its last gasp. Went to Autozone, because I knew they would also change out the battery. It was a no-go, they wouldn't touch it because of "liability issues". So I called O'Reilly, they said they change batteries. Marco was awesome, he changed out the battery. Which required some effort because it is set way in the back of the engine. He didn't complain about the inconvenience of the complicated & tight setting of the battery. He just did with a smile & provided excellent service. Totally a fan of O'Reilly Auto Parts & their service.

They just sit on there phones all day and act annoyed when you come in. Not helpful at all instead super condescending thinking working at an auto parts store means you’re a 5 star mechanic who knows everything. Very unpleasant staff

Went to get a new battery mine had just died. Showed up at 9:30 right before close they helped me buy a new battery and even installed it for me! Great service good guys working at this location.

I stopped here to grab a couple parts for my car and get a check engine light read and John and Curtis were the most helpful guys ever!! I would've been stuck and hundreds of dollars deeper into a simple repair without them! They were so so helpful in helping me find the right tools and supplies to fix my car! It's usually sketchy to see how many people try to rip you off as a girl working on her car but these two were honest and exceptional in their assistance! 10/10 do recommend! good place to go for girls working on their cars!

Curtis and Marco were a great help getting a tough tail light in my car! Curtis was such a present and positive person that offset my anxious self freaking out about not having the right sized socket. He pulled out a set of ratchets and made everything look so easy!

Needed my battery tested. When I walked in the store, no one was there to greet me, so I had to peek around the back where some employees were talking and get the attention. The guy who helped me was kind of gruff and obviously didn’t want to be there helping me, seemed like I really inconvenienced him. He tested my battery to find out it was bad, then told me which one to get. I asked if they replaced it for free and he said as long as there was enough coverage at the store which there was not, so no. Then he said go to Walmart, you can get it cheaper there. Ha. Won’t be coming back here. The O’Reilly on University Pkwy in Orem was great.

The customer service here is fantastic. Curtis helped us out with some missing bolts for our coolant tank. He had the right bolts in his personal bag and offered to help us out. His act of service was extraordinary.

My parents went in today to return a couple things that weren't needed. Employee “Curtis” was rude and making racist remarks throughout the transaction. I later than called to get a district managers, or regional managers name and number to contact over this issue. An employee Andrew put me on hold for about 5 minutes when i let him know what my call was regarding. He started being rude towards the subject “i hope it wasn’t me” “in case you need to report me too” in a complete snarky way! It’s unbelievable to know they have employees like this be a part of their company and representing them.

I am very frustrated with this particular store. The first time I encountered a specific worker that was rude, I let it go because I was kinda busy, and we all get onry when it's busy. But when it happens again and it's not busy ... I don't know if it's because I'm a woman, but that shouldn't matter. I asked for help and got what seemed like arrogance from the worker. Then, when i had the engine code scan done, he argued with me. Very disrespectful. Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I'm stupid.

Stopped at this location after having some troubles with my car battery. It ended up that I needed to replace the whole thing. Corey Assisted me with selecting a battery that would work well for my needs and had me in and out with a brand new battery installed in under 10 minutes. Great customer service and speedy install! Highly recommend this location for your vehicle needs.

We are very thankful to the two employees at the Geneva location that stayed late to help us with our car battery. The older gentleman, Joe?, was very generous and helpful. He is the ideal person you want to interact with that stands for customer service and human decency. He is the only reason we weren’t stranded. Battery changed and tested in 15 minutes. Remarkable. The younger one, didn’t catch his name, did most of the manual labor a bit begrudgingly but was efficient so we’ll disregard his grumbles as it was closing time and we can understand being put out on a Friday night. We are grateful for both for saving the day. Wish we knew how to repay their kindness.

I was treated with respect when I came in and they helped me find what I was looking for. Except I had to return it an hour later because trying to prime the grease gun that they had in stock would not prime no matter how hard I pumped or tried. I mean pumping for an hour and it hadn't even left the tube yet. I think they need better grease guns to sell to customers. And before you ask yes I tried all the fittings and made sure they were tight. I went to home Depot and picked up another grease gun and checked everything the same and it primed within 30 seconds. I three star this review just from this experience, but all my other experiences have been positive. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

We've had multiple positive experiences at this location. I will be going back again and again. Curtis was particularly helpful last night with my burnt out brake light. He helped me find the correct replacement bulb AND taught me how to install it. I appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond, which is exactly the experience we've come to expect from this location, and we are super grateful!

My car has been having trouble starting and I stopped in for the free diagnostics testing. I was afraid it was my alternator or starter. It turned out to be the battery. There is only one employee on at the moment but he took the time to come replace it for me. I'm so appreciative of his help because I would have never been able to get the battery cables off myself.
