Reality auto helped me get a great car for a great price! This dealership doesn’t add on a ton of dealer fees to the list price of the car like other dealerships. When I bought my car— it needed a new tire pressure sensor. Jason told me to come by after they got it ordered, and they would swap it out. I texted to let them know I was on my way, and they were ready to go get the sensor changed out for me when I got there! Would definitely recommend 😃

My wife and I recently bought a 2017 Toyota Highlander and noticed an issue with the cruise control sensor that detects how far the car is from other vehicles. When we purchased the car, we were told we had 30 days to report any issues, which was wonderful—especially considering the car has a rebuilt title. Within that 30-day dealership warranty window, we reached out about the problem. They recalibrated the sensors, ordered a new front emblem, and now everything works perfectly.
I’m impressed with the car, but even more impressed with how they handled the situation when we had an issue. We feel fortunate to have purchased from Reality Auto! Huge shout-out to Jason, Vera, and Alex. I would absolutely buy another car from them in the future.
PS: If you purchase a rebuilt-title vehicle, I recommend taking it on a couple of longer drives. My wife mostly drives it around town, so it doesn’t see freeway driving every day. We wouldn’t have noticed the issue if we hadn’t taken it on a longer drive.

We bought a 2019 Hyundai Elantra for my daughter on 10/4, however I was waiting to write my review based on my post sales experience. The purchasing experience was fine, quick, and Jason was willing to negotiate with me on a fair price. Also, the process of the paperwork was a pleasant experience and they were able to get everything processed quickly. However, once we got the car home, I performed an oil change some days later and noticed that the skid plate was missing. I contacted Jason about it on 10/15 and he asked me to call him the following Wednesday which I did. He then asked me to text him and then heard nothing back. I then texted him the following week and he asked for the VIN which I promptly supplied him with. That was on 10/29 and after almost giving up hope, Jason pulled through on 11/21 and was able to supply me with the skid plate which I was able to put on without issue. Jason offered to have his team put it on, but I live in Cedar City so some friends of ours were able to pick it up for me. He did apologize for the miscommunication and made it right in the end. Thank you!

Just bought a beautiful Honda Civic Hatchback in AMAZING condition. These guys really know how to restore a car. Even our personal mechanic was impressed (he's pretty hard to impress). There were zero problems with it, and it drives great. It's hard to tell that it's a rebuilt title! Everyone there is insanely nice! Vera and Jason are two amazing, hard- working businesspeople. They try to take care of every reasonable issue with these rebuilt vehicles. My purchase was a Ram truck, with a front-end wreck.
